The unit is fully furnished with LCD TV (42 in), WiFi internet and stereo. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic cooktop, microwave and refrigerator; there is also a separate pantry and bar near the living room.
Both bedrooms have built-in closets with ample storage space. Master bedroom has king size bed; on-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. Second bedroom has twin beds. Second bathroom also has shower. Both bathrooms have hot water. Living room is L-shaped and has two sitting areas, one with queen size sofa-bed that can be partitioned with folding doors to form 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom and living room have independent AC units. Living room gives access to private porch at the front of the unit; porch gives direct access to garden.
The condo is a luxury low density development with 24 hours security and well maintained lush gardens. It has two swimming pools (garden and beachfront), exercise room and sauna. It has its own private access to the beach. Staff is friendly and professional; front desk is manned 0900 to 1800 daily. Cleaning, bedsheets changing and laundry service can be arranged through the front desk. It is 10 minutes by car to shopping and other activities in Hua Hin. Easy walking distance to convenience store(s), bicycle and motorbike rentals, weekend handicraft market and nearby resorts.

Hua Hin is a clean safe town on the Gulf of Thailand 3hrs drive from busy Bangkok. It is a weekend retreat for a lot of wealthy Thai families. Busy on weekends, quiet during the week. Hua Hin has nice resorts, good shopping, good restaurants and clean beach. The condo is located south of 'downtown' on a nice stretch of beach.
