One bedroom condo (sleeps four) at Kiahuna Plantation, a beach front condominium resort on Kauai's sunny south shore. The condo is unit 41 (building 8) on the second floor of a two-story building. Unit has fully-equipped kitchen, king-size bedroom, queen sleep sofa, as well as many owner-supplied extras. From our private lanai you overlook a beautifully landscaped tropical garden and sloping green lawn. We take take great pride in our unit and keep it constantly updated. Recent improvements include newly upholstered sofa and chairs, new appliances, new bath tile, new rug and new lanai furniture.
A two minute walk across Kiahuna's tropical gardens leads to our fabulous beach where sea turtles, dolphins, and monk seals frolic joined by whales in season (November-April). The beach offers a variety of surf conditions which allow for swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, boogie boarding, and surfing. Guests can sign out complimentary beach chairs and towels at the beach shack. Nearby are a variety of excellent restaurants including The Plantation Gardens restaurant on site. If you prefer to cook in, our fully-equipped kitchen and the resort's gas grills will make it easy and fun. Activities available include golfing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, diving, snorkeling, surfing, sport fishing, helicopter rides, sailing, and, of course, just relaxing and doing nothing! Owner will provide suggestions and information about the island and the resort to all renters. Kiahuna Plantation is a luxury resort and with one of the highest revisit rates on the islands.
