Why the Owner Chose Beach Colony Resort
Navarre Beach was always off to the side as we drove by to -aaheem- a more crowded beach. I knew there must be a place to get away from the traffic, noise, etc. Since we are between Pensacola Beach and Ft. Walton, there are plenty of options for those of you that like to shop, hop resturants, etc. Pensacola Beach is just 15 minutes drive down the beach rode, which takes you through a national park area. For those who enjoy boating, Navarre has a public boat launch and dock only 100 yards from our building! You can rent waverunners and sailboats on the souns side of the island or you can find catamarans to rent on the Gulf side.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love to wake up and see the beach from our bed! When the weather permits, we crack the door to here the waves rolls on the beach. I like the great golf that is near here at reasonable prices.

Hey! We LLLOOOVVVE the beach! I grew up coming to the emerald coast from 1970. As we grew older, the trips grew more frequent. Finally, we were able to buy our very own condo on the beach!! The Florida "Emerald Coast" is the BEST! We come as often as possible. We just completed 14 months voyage cruising the Caribbean on our sailboat.

We just got back from our week stay at this beautiful condo! Colors look bright but are not. We all had a wonderful time! The grandparents loved the huge balxony with gorgeous views and dolphins jumping in the early mornings, tv in every room and the jetted tub. The parents enjoyed the completely fenced in pool, the short walk to the beach, having to enter a code to make the elevator go, seperate bedrooms (master at one end of the condo-other bedrooms at the other), full size washer and dryer in the condo, ice maker, trash chute and minimalist decorating (less to worry about being broken). The kids loved everything!!! We are planning on booking again for next year! Only diasappointment with it was the carpets were worn and dirty (pretty normal with a rental). We have 2 young children always playing on the floor so we hope they will have them steamed or something before we go next year. All in all it was a great relaxing trip!!! Thanks!
Owner response:Thank you for the comments. I do apologize about the carpet being dirty. It was. I went there after the season and noticed that. It does not normally end up that way, I think that was a result of bp. The issue is resolved. I rented a machine and steam cleaned it myself. "Nobody does it better than you". I cleaned it 3 times in one day and it looks great!

Thank you for sharing your home away from home. We very much enjoyed our month in your condo. We were beginning to feel like it was our home. The condo was very clean and so comfortable. The only suggestion I have that would make it more comfortable is some attention to the beds. The bunk in the third bedroom squeaks with every move ( it's such a cute bed tho), and the doubles in the second bedroom make a weird noise when getting in and out of them. I love the cheerful colors on the walls. Our daughters and granddaughters spent a week with us and your condo was perfect for them. The living area and balcony have lots of room for little ones to play when not at the beach. The walkway to the beach is right there so little legs didn't have far to walk. Location was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There are some great restaurants close by. We especially loved Vinnie R's. A fun sno cone stand was a big hit with the little ones, (the adults also). It's right on the corner of the Navarre bridge on the mainland. Other shopping was very handy. I would highly recommend this condo. It gives you very good feelings - it's a happy place. We can't wait to return next march.
