Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: Each of the three TVs has cable. The two living rooms have DVD and VCR for the stocked cabinets of movies that are provided on site. The upstairs living room has PG - 13 and R rated movies and the lower level has G and PG movies. The Cal King Bedroom also has a TV and a DVD player. DVD VCR CD Player Stereo System Jetted Tub in Bath: In the Cal King Bedroom Private Pool: This is a beautiful Cobalt Blue Tiled Pool. It is not fenced away from the house so renters take responsibility to keep all infants and non-swimmers from entering the pool unsupervised.

Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: B-B-Q is located next to the pool. Deck/Patio: There is a screened in porch next to the pool with one round table, a lazy susan and 6 patio chairs. This is the perfect spot for wet guests to each lunch or dinner before jumping back into the pool! Balcony: The balcony wraps around the entire second floor for access to the beautiful views that are all sides of this home. Lanai: The main lanai is located outside the living room / kitchen area and is ideal for your morning coffee and again to relax and watch the year round sunsets.

Suitability	No Pets Allowed Handicapped Accessible: The lower floor has access from the driveway, without stairs, and includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms, tv viewing area and a kitchenette with table and four chairs. The pool is accessible from this floor as well. The main kitchen and living room are located upstairs and there is no handicapped or wheelchair accessibility to the upper level. Kid Friendly: This house is designed with children in mind. There are children's videos and games on site and pool toys as well. Small toddlers will need to be watched because the inside stairs are steep and not blocked off. Also there are no child protection locks on any of the cabinets. There are two grocery stores within 5 minutes of the home, Long's Drugs, gas stations, fast food, Subway and other simple restaurants are all near the home. A nice restaurant, with full bar, is located at the Golf Resort up the hill. The property has a basketball hoop on the driveway. There is ample room to park four cars at the top of the driveway.
