Welcome to our cozy beach cottage house that has three bedrooms, two baths, den/4th bedroom conversion. Located on the southend of Carpinteria adjoining Rincon point,our beachnhouse cottege is in one of the most desirable areas of the Carpinteria Valley. From our beach house it is a peaceful 3-5 minute walk to the sand, a surf spot and the bluffs. Enjoy this special place,a private type beach and cove where the locals go.
Our beach cottage has recently been completely refurbished inside and out. New landscaping, new paint, new hardwood floors, new windows and doors, new kitchen with granite counters and new solar heated pool.
Our BeachnHouse is a wonderful place to stay both summer and winter as it caters to all seasons alike. The quaint town of Carpinteria is also a nice peaceful short walk over a 75 yard foot bridge that crosses a year round stream, passing under a canopy of Sycamore trees. Carpinteria is home to "The World's Safest Beach."
