Private pool area with barbeque and Leader furniture, including a dining table with 6 chairs, a bistro set, lounger and towel tower. Electric heat is available for the cooler months. The home sleeps 6 privately. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, ensuite with a separate tub and shower, flat screen TV and access to the pool. The front bedroom has a Queen sized bed with easy access to the second bathroom with a tub and shower. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen sized hide-a-bed leather sofa in the livingroom. Two red leather chairs as well as a love seat and sofa provide a relaxing area with 46 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Fax machine, copier, Internet access, WII, with views and access to the pool. The dining room has seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a separate laundry area. You can make free local and long distance calls anywhere in the US and Canada. There is a separate security system for the home. Southern Dunes not only has one of the finest golf courses in the area but a clubhouse with exercise equipment, tennis courts and the security of a 24 hours manned entry way to the community. Wal Mart is within walking distance.

About the owner: My husband and I have loved Florida since our first visit more than 15 years ago. Coming from Canada we have appreciated spending time away from the cold. We were lucky enough to find a home that we could make our own and until retirement we are allowing others to enjoy our home as well.
