First trip ever to Oregon for UCLA & Oregon Ducks game. What a wonderful experience we had. The best was staying in this amazing cabin just a few minutes outside Eugene. This is not your typical cabin. It is pure luxury. The owner has provided all the amentities. Upon walking in, the 1st thing that you notice is the logs that the cabin is made from and you get a sense of hominess. Beds were very comfortable, too. Another nice thing was that the owner provided suggestions for outings and even followed up with directions on how to use the shuttle service to the game. We will definitely return!

We recently stayed at this location, and we found that it exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities we desired (especially really comfortable beds), and we really enjoyed the open floor plan. The location provided the perfect balance of being close to Eugene (we attended the Ducks game on Saturday), yet far enough away (approximately a 15-20 min drive) to provide a tranquil escape. The property was very well maintained, and the owner was exceedingly helpful in working with us to book the property, answering questions and making recommendations about local attractions, and going above and beyond to assure that we were welcomed on a late evening after a long trip. We highly recommend this vacation rental! We also recommend a trip to Sweet Life in Eugene for dessert lovers out there!

This was a great location and very peaceful. We traveled to Eugene to get our child settled into college and found this property by chance; very glad we did, we really enjoyed our stay and Kim was great. The house was incredibly clean and an easy 20 minute drive to campus. Hopefully we will have the chance to stay again in the future.

We had a tranquil, peaceful, beautiful stay in the Log Home. I shopped around for all VRBO options in Eugene. This home was the best value. Way more space for equal dollars than others listed. It was extraordinarily clean. Beautiful sky lights. A small drive into Eugene (20 minutes, no traffic issues), but, way worth the privacy and quiet. We stumbled upon a state park, just across Rattlesnake road that you must check out. We went back 3 times just to play in the creek and explore. Kim was very kind and helpful.

Owner response: Hi Deborah. Thanks for the review. We enjoyed having your family. Yes, the state park is quite close and very nice. I use it regularly to ride horses there. I hadn't thought of mentioning it to guests. There is another county park close in Pleasant Hill which is also nice and has great hiking. I should make up a notebook with that type of information in it. Glad you had a safe and uneventful trip back home. Hope you son makes it to UO in a couple years.

The property was beautiful. The grounds were very well-maintained with lovely flowers, a great porch and nice seating area out back. The home is spacious, clean and charming. The appliances were very new, nice, modern and easy to use. The beds were comfortable. It was everything advertised and more. We really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.
