The newly remodeled and fully furnished kitchen offers granite counter tops, hardwood floors, a bistro table, refrigerator, gas oven/stove and plenty of cupboards for storage. The comfortable living and dining room have vaulted ceilings, transom windows, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, Direct TV and ceiling fans above. The office has a desk by the window perfect for working or daydreaminas well as a washer and dryer. Sit out on the patio and BBQ or watch the world go by. Carport and partially fenced yard. Very close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, wine tasting, Britt festival, and walking trails.
