You do not want to miss out on this fabulous island vacation! You will awaken to the sound of the surf crashing just below your lanai where you are footsteps from the white sandy beach where the shells are waiting. Screen enclosed lanai opens to the living area or master bedroom and features a lounge chaise for reading and relaxing or table and chairs for an afternoon brunch as you look out to the sea. Gulf views are abundant from the newly furnished living room with Queen pull out couch and flat screen TV, 6 person dining area and kitchen. The masive master bedroom consists of a King size bed with desk and even a couch seating area with a flat screen TV with large walk-in closet and master bathroom with tub. The guest bedroom consist two twin beds, a chair and flat screen TV plus an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and handicap chair option. This unit has a private laundry room and is offered with a covered parking space and steps from the beach. Everything is included just bring your toothbrush and maybe a bathing suit, but definately don't forget the sunscreen.

Travel insurance are at the option of the tenant and can be purchased seperately through CSS to insure your worry free travels.
Upon reservation a refundable Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $500 and returned within 30 days of departure upon satisfactory inspection or may be used to book subsequent years. Final payment is due 90 days in advance of check-in date for Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/April and only 60 days in advance of May/June/July/Aug/Sept/Oct. All reservations are final.

Booking Fee $75
