Location: Treasure Island, Florida Central West, Florida, USA (On the Gulf of Mexico at John's Pass, 30 minutes from Tampa)
Accommodations: Luxury Home, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)
Our three bedroom, three bath home offers a chance to have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. This Florida style stilt house has 2300 square feet of well-planned living space. It is definitely a welcome change from tiny hotel or Condo rentals. We are right next door and are available to assist you.
The beach is a two minute stroll across Gulf Boulevard. In fact, our home is closer to the beach than some of the Big Name Hotels further down the island. The intracoastal waterway is half a block away and easily viewed from the house. An outside shower is convenient to wash off that salty water before heading back into the house. The large deck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico is the perfect place to relax and watch the sun set.
Features Include:
*Master on Main with Queen rattan bed and full bath.
*Master on Second with Queen wicker bed, full bath with jacuzzi.
*Third Bedroom with Double Select Comfort bed and full bath.
*Large Deck overlooking Gulf of Mexico with deck furniture for 6.
*Sunken Living Room with Queen sleeper sofa, seating for 8
*32" TV with DVD/VCR
*Fully Equipped Kitchen
*300 Count linens, luxury bath and beach towels provided
*Separate dining table seats 6 comfortably
*Bar area with 4 bar stools adjacent to kitchen
*Whole House water filter
*Ceiling Fans in every room, Central Heat and Air Conditioning
*Walk to shops and restaurants
The house is very well designed so that each of the three bedrooms are all very private and quiet. You can get away and have that nice siesta, or find a place to curl up with a good book after a refreshing walk on the beach. But when you want to all get together, the open concept living and dining area is a great place to gather and share your day.
Of course, the main attraction here, beyond the spacious comfort of the house, is the beautiful white sand beach. Treasure Island has miles of beautiful white sand beaches, perfect for a stroll. The beach has been named a Blue Ocean Beach, signifying that it is ecologically sound, and safe for swimming. Surf fishing is very popular here, and the Great Blue Herons will be happy to guard your bait bucket for you. There is an abundance of wild life to enjoy, from the many kinds of seabirds to dolphins that play just off the shore. It's hard to describe the peaceful feeling of sitting at the ocean's edge, watching the sun set while the waves lap at your feet.
