Our new English cottage is nestled amongst large evergreen trees, in a valley of majestic mountains and steps away from the shores of Cultus lake, B.C. Located in the heart of Cultus lake...Walking distance to water slides, golf course, mini golf, marina, restaurants and grocery store.
Our English cottage was built for family but was also intended to share with others the tranquility of nature and comfort of our home. Enjoy the mornings with a cup of coffee or a night of entertaining on the extra large patio surrounded by fencing, laurel, boxwood and cedar shrubbery. In the evening barbecue on the backyard deck with a glass of wine and some appetizers. Upstairs, their are three bedrooms and one bedroom on the main level that will sleep up to 8 people along with 2 full bathrooms. In case of those who need to bring office work with them we have a mini office upstairs. New laundry facilities provided.
Relax, and curl up in front of the floor to ceiling rock fireplace watching a movie on the plasma television or just dive into reading your favorite book. On the other side of the 17 ft rock fireplace a dining room to seat 8 people and enough room for three people around the kitchen eating bar. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances (including gas stove), stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker and toaster. The main floor is complete with hardwood floors and slate flooring in the bathrooms. The bedrooms have wall to wall carpet.

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: Our family has owned a cottage since the early 1970's and have fond memories of summer vacations with friends and family. We completely demolished the original cottage and built our custom home to include a year round living experience with the modern conveniences at Cultus Lake.
Why the Owner Chose Cultus Lake:
There are only two streets that have a complete view to the lake and we are one of them. During the entire day the property has full sun at the front of the house and it sets in the back on the other patio and small deck.
