The living room has a well-appointed decor in tranquil colors popular along the coast of Florida. The sofa offers a pull out queen-size sleeper bed just in case you need that additional space for your guests. A 32' LCD TV is available for your family`s evening fun and entertainment. An additional amenity to this unit is the private WIFI router so you will never have a problem connecting and keeping up to date with all friends and family still while enjoying the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The private balcony is just steps away and offers an unforgettable and unobstructed view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and our beautiful sugar-white beaches.
The fully-equipped kitchen with incredible top of the line custom cabinets and beautiful new counter tops features all new appliances (stove, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave oven). Additionally, you`ll find a glass blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, nonstick pots and pans and other cooking utensils plus service for 12 guests. So you`re well prepared to fry up the fresh catch of the day or simply enjoy take-out from your favorite restaurant. The kitchen, with breakfast bar, is conveniently open to the living room and dining area.
After a fun day at the beach or an evening out on the town, you`ll enjoy laying your head down on the master bedroom`s comfortable king size mattress. The master bedroom also includes beautiful furnishings and a 19' LCD TV. If you have more than a couple guests with you then you`ll also enjoy the bunk beds, with that are conveniently located near the half-bath. The master bath includes a tub/shower combo with a pocket door for complete privacy, as well as its own vanity.

Hi Heather, Just wanted to let you know that my mom, me and the kids LOVED the condo and our visit to PCB! The condo was so beautiful and had just the right amount of space for the 5 of us! It was such a treat to have everything we could possibly need---all we had to do was buy our groceries (which we left a few things behind because we couldnt fit them into our coolers)---it was all good so I didnt want to throw it out. We also left coffee, dishsoap and trashbags for the next occupants to use. The Summit is an awesome place to stay...we enjoyed our beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony and spent a lot of time at the pool! It rained a few days but on one of those days we were able to go to Geneva, Alabama and spend time with my aunts! I took great care to make sure that the condo was clean before we left---all dishes done, towels washed, (kitchen table shiny and dressed--LOL), floors vacuumed...so hopefully your cleaning staff was pleasantly surprised and didn't have to take much time with our condo! I hope to return next Spring Break and stay in that same one! :) Thanks so much for your hospitality and for contributing to our AWESOME vacation! BTW....my mom did lose a ring (thick silver one) if you happen to find it...please let me know.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed at this property for our spring break vacation and it was exactly what we wanted and really met our needs! Myself and five other girls stayed in this condo and between us and all of our things we had plenty of space. The condo was kept very clean and Heather our property owner was VERY accomodating. The location of The Summit in general is close to everything and Heather couldn't have made our stay any easier.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had a fantastic time during our stay in our condo. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to get through our week. It was a fun atmosphere that was in great walking distance from the main beach, restaurants, and clubs. Not once did we have to drive anywhere. The balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean and even overlooked the pool. There were six of us staying in the condo and it could have comfortably fit either 7 or 8.
