Located right on Little Sodus Bay and within shouting distance of our little Fair Haven town this location offers wonderful conveniences and complete serenity. Our town offers live band concerts each Saturday night... the rest of the week explore our ice cream shops, restaurants, waterfront bars, antiques, grocery and liquor store, tackle shop, and boat rentals.
The house was built in 2008 with comfort in mind. Central heat and air conditioning, a whole house attic vent fan and an auto-on propane generator means nothing will disrupt your vacation.
The first floor has a walk around kitchen and the cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with all the amenities of home. Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, conventional wall oven, and center island cook-top are all stainless steel to fit our nautical themed house.
Easy single floor living is possible as just off the kitchen is the master bedroom. Equipped with Tempur-Pedic® mattresses that are set up as a queen, but can be separated into two twins, these things are a dream to sleep on. Directly off that bedroom is the master bath with twin sinks, private toilet room and a separated very large walk in shower.
On the waterfront side of the house the kitchen is separated from the great room by a counter that easily fits four for those quick meals on the go. On the other side of the counter the great room is split between a large redwood dinning room table that seats 8 and a living room with fireplace, TV, two couches and two high back chairs.
The best part of the first floor has to be the 500sq foot deck that overlooks the bay, waterfront yard, and deep water dock. The deck is equipped with two iron tables and 10 chairs to seat everyone plus guests comfortably for those amazing sunsets over the bay.
The second floor has a bedroom equal in size to the first floor master bath with a king bed in it. The water views right our of this room are a great way to wake up in the morning. A nice sized bathroom with single sink, tub/shower and toilet is right in the middle of the two upstairs bedrooms. The third bedroom has queen mattress and desk. The third floor also has a bonus loft area with a fold out couch that sleeps two. Comfortable wicker furniture also make a nice quite area for board games or reading of course with great views of the waterfront.
At ground level on the waterfront side we have installed a hot & cold outdoor shower for a post swim rinse or just a shower with a view! A full but unfinished basement also has two futon couches.
On the waterfront you will see our 60ft deep water dock. Depths at the end of the dock are over 10ft in most summers. The dock will easily accommodate two or even three good sized boats and is well protected from the occasional northerly blow.
We have fished the whole bay for generations and we are convinced our dock is one of the best spots in Fair Haven for kids to catch unlimited fish all week! If sand is your thing then some of the best fresh water beaches in the world are just a one mile walk, paddle or ride away.

Good Morning, Just wanted to say thank you again for being so generous. The house was PERFECT!!! My trip was exactly what I'd hoped it would be...and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed my stay. I want to bring my family back some day. I brought some pictures my kids drew with me to hang on the refrigerator to bring a little piece of home with me, and one of the magnets I brought was the shape of Texas from a trip we took to San Antonio. I decided to leave it next to your Philippines magnets to add to your collection, and leave a bit of my incredibly relaxing week there as well. Take care!!!
