  My wife and I just stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment is mostly as advertised though I wouldn't want to try and fit 4 people in here. It's fine for a couple. Amenities are scarce and furnishings are plain but I didn't travel to Manhattan to be inside an apartment. I came to get out in the city, and that's where this place shines. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the Theater District. It was in the low 70s when we were there and the AC kept the place comfortable. I'd be concerned about staying there if it was actually hot out, not sure the AC could keep up. The biggest disappointment is probably the bed. It's not at all comfortable and if the owner was focusing on one thing to improve that's where I'd recommend they put their money.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  Our family with small kids stayed there in April. Even thought the location near Columbus Circle is superb, it could not overweigh our dissapointment. Our first dissapointment was size. Super small for 4. No dining table and chairs! Second, the apartment was not ready to accomodate 4 people (linens and towels only for 2). Sofa bed did not went flat (had not been repaired during our stay). And we had to take baby in our bed for the first night. After 10 hours flight! Soundproofing of apartment is awful. You can hear noises from everywhere (busy street, staircase, bathroom, etc.) It was cold in the apartment, central heating did not work. we asked for heater, but get no respond(( And at the end, notwistanding our agreement to stay 1 hour after check-out time they send a maid who woke up our baby. Below is management reply to our complaints. "1. We did make every effort to make accommodations for you by immediately making arrangements to bring by extra linens. 2. We sent someone to the property the day you had an issue with the sofa bed and it seemed alright at that point and was no longer an issue. 3. I do apologize for any excess noise but it is a very busy area even at night. The heat is also controlled for the entire building." Make your choice!

  Any resemblance to reality is purely coincidental. The apartment is the same as the photos, but photos that appear here are panoramic, the apartment is actually much smaller than it looks in the photos. The worst is the sofa bed, it was impossible to sleep in it, was curved and had holes everywhere. Otherwise, the kitchen has all the amenities and air conditioning work properly. The street where is located is quite noisy, even at night. The good thing is its location, near Central Park, Times Square, Columbus Circle, and so on. In general, the situation is very good but would not recommend it because it is much smaller and older than it looks in photographs, and is impossible to accommodate 4 people with this horrible sofa bed.
