More than we imagined

We stayed in Bodega Sur for a week in March 2010. It was amazing! Much more than we expected and we loved it! The location is perfect and it had everything we needed for the two of us. Even the bed was very, very comfortable and you don't always find that in rentals! The beach is just steps away and the secluded courtyard was perfect for us to enjoy our breakfast and dinners! We will definetly be back - hopefully, soon. Thank you Marjean!

Lovely hideaway on a beautiful beach

Found this little gem and booked it for a week, and were not sorry we did! Perfect for 2 people, it had everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. Lovely beach area steps outside, nice breezes kept the place cool, and the kitchen had enough equipment we could make most of our own meals. The staff was helpful and Akumal was close enough to walk if we wanted to make grocery runs or grab some food. The price was right and the apt was so lovely with lots of pretty decorations. Would definitely stay here again!

Came to see turtles!

Guest: Becky and Ed (PA. USA)

Have spent many wonderful hours in Mexico and in the Playa Del Carmen area, Akumal has now become one of our favorite spots. The "Casita" was wonderful, clean and everything necessary was provided, evan a little "Midway" grocery just across the street. The villa management was very helpful. We did finally rent a golf cart to get around and that was fun, just hard to acquire one. Dive shop and restaurant just a short walk down the beach. Perhaps the one thing we loved most about the area was the quaint feeling of the town. Hope that is never changed. Yes, the Turtle Bay Bakery was everything everyone said it would be - HUGE brownies, banana bread and flan. Had wonderful FRESH caught fish one evening. We will definitely be back! We have already recommended the town and especially the property to friends and relatives.
