It is time for you to relax and enjoy this beautiful newly updated 9th floor unit with a panoramic view of sugar-white beaches, blue gulf water, and gorgeous sunsets. You can even watch the dolphins play from your balcony! You will want to return to our condo year after year for a great vacation experience.
Your family will enjoy this nice condo with a king-sized bed, new decorations and light fixtures, new tile flooring throughout, built in bunks in the hall, and a queen-sized sofa-sleeper in the living room. The fully furnished kitchen has a new refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, self-cleaning stove, microwave, and a new washer/dryer.
Free wi-fi included in condo. Very strong signal.
There is a 50 inch 1080p Flat Screen TV and blu-ray player in the living room and a 32 inch Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Telephone available for local calls in both the living room and bedroom.
The Summit is close to shopping centers, fine and casual dining, amusement parks, state park, golf courses, putt-putt, fishing, and many activities that you expect for a great vacation. The Summit features 2 swimming pools (one heated), 2 kiddie pools, 3 hot tubs (1 indoors), indoor sauna, pool-side tiki bar, poolside snack bar/giftshop, Bikini Bobs casual restaurant/bar, and game room. Just a few steps on the Summit’s boardwalk takes you from pool to beach! Beach amenities include: Children’s fenced-in play area, loungechair, jet ski, and wave runner rentals, as well as parasailing.
No smoking or pets allowed in the condo or balcony (We really do want to return your deposit)

I could not have imagined having a better vacation experience. This condo is absolutely beautiful just as it is in the photos. The owners were quick with responses about any questions that we had. By far our best experience so far on VRBO. We will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

What a wonderful way to bring in the New Year! This condo is very cozy and offers any amenities you would need for a beach trip! Brand new appliances too! AMAZING VIEW!!! We sat on the balcony for most of the day, enjoyed the jacuzzi's, heated pool, and sauna on property! You can actually sit in the double recliner with the door open and watch the sunset over the gulf! GORGEOUS! Located right in the middle of all the action in Panama City but also very quiet during off season (when I visited). Located RIGHT next to Spinnakers if you are looking for some fun and you can WALK! The owner was VERY attentive and nice and made himself totally available via phone, text, or email during our stay for anything we might have needed! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy beach condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose The Summit:
We lived in Florida for 10 years and love the weather. Especially in the winter. The Summit has the most beautiful beach that I've ever been to. The sand is like walking on sugar.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We could just sit on the balcony all day and just watch the water. It's so peaceful. And the sunsets are spectacular. Also, the advantages of the higher floor is that it is more quiet.
