Spend an unforgettable vacation with family or friends in this comfortable, privately owned home located at the base of the majestic Wasatch mountains. Our vacation home features four bedrooms with all the comforts of home.
This beautiful home is perfectly located just off of Wasatch Drive at the 'Oaks at Wasatch' between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. You can chose to ski at your choice of four world renowned ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude). In the off season there are miles and miles of trails that can be hiked or biked. You can get to all four ski resorts within 20 minutes or you can take the ski shuttle to the resorts. The stop for the ski shuttle is just behind the home, walk there in just a couple of minutes.
Our home is also just 5 minutes from the freeway, so it has easy access to anything you want to do in the Salt Lake Valley or Park City and it's ski resorts are only about 30 minutes away.
On the main level of this home you will find a comfortable living room with 2 leather couches and a loveseat with a cozy fireplace. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 50 inch LED HDTV with Satellite service including the premier channels. QwestWireless DSL Internet is also provided. Prepare a nice home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The formal dining room has seating for 6 and additional seating is available at the bar and sitting nook of the kitchen.
The home also has a new large capacity washer and dryer to accommodate your laundry needs.
Upstairs there are 4 large bedrooms. The very spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet. The Master bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd Master bedroom features a King size log bed with its own full bath. There is also a sitting deck off the 2nd master bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a 2 full beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds. There is also a 3 full bathroom upstairs. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have 32 inch Smart LCD HDTVs with satellite access and blue-ray players.
Our home also features plenty of parking with a 3 car garage.
One of the highlights of our home is the spacious hot tub. Relax after a long day of activities in the our HotSprings six person hot tub. Awesome Moto-massage hot tub with 32 jets to give you a hydro-massage that will help you relax and loosen tight muscles.

To offer a degree of perspective - we've stayed at this address previously (under different management) and whilst we never had any particular concerns, recent re-decoration and refurbishment under the new owners has further enhanced the desirability of this rental opportunity. The property is very spacious and well appointed (plenty of comfy sofa space for legs that may have indulged a few too many Black Runs). Two of the main bedrooms are direct en-suites and the other two share a very proximate bathroom. The open plan nature of the living / dining / kitchen area are a huge plus and give the property its open and inclusive feel. The enclosed photos perfectly reflect what you will find upon arrival. Spotlessly clean and well maintained (unlike some of the Oaks condos that are starting to look a little 'tired'). I can't recommend this place highly enough - we've stayed at 6 different Oaks properties over recent vacations - this one is hands down the best! Accept no substitutes!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This house has a great location for skiing in the Cottonwood Canyons. Pictures are very representative, Lots of room, we had 7 adults skiing and never felt cramped for space. Kitchen is well equipped, had all we need to cook, grocery store very close. The property was clean and well maintained, owner was prompt with details and followed up on an item left behind. This will be the first unit I look for next time I am in Salt Lake.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a group of 4 guys from the East Coast who just wanted to ski hard all day, and come back to a nice place and relax. This was the perfect place. Full kitchen made it easy to cook a quick breakfast in the morning, then drive 0.9 miles north to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon or 1.2 miles south to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon to experience "The Greatest Snow on Earth". When done with skiing, the drive was only 15-20 minutes back down the Canyon back to this great townhome. With a 6 person hot tub, ski boot warmers and a nice gas fireplace, it was great to relax and get ready for the next day. The garage was an extra bonus, so you don't have to brush off the fresh snow every morning. For those who want to take the bus up to the mountains, you can see the bus stop from the back window, it's that close. Extras included a 50" plasma TV with full satellite TV, WiFi internet, keyless entry access, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, very close to food shopping/ski shops/resturants and more.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Wonderful condo is a great location for access to Big & Little Cottonwood Canyon. We came to ski and we were up to Alta and snowshoeing in BCC in no time. The condo is very comfortable and spacious with all the necessary amenities and an enjoyable hot tub.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This unit provided all of the amenities one could ask for. It is spacious, comfortable and feels like home. The owners were available to answer questions. Traveling to the Big Cottonwood Canyon resorts of Solitutde and Brighton could not have been easier. The location also made it easy to go to Salt Lake for shopping and fun.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
