Well-appointed bungalow newly remodeled with all the comforts that you expect at home; soothing decorations with a delightful atmosphere; attractive furniture, floors covered abundantly with beautiful area rugs; no stairs, no upstairs, no downstairs; with a spacious exterior patio that extends from the dining area. Fresh air flows that circulate all around the house; central air conditioning units that cool you down whenever there is a need; beautiful quiet ceiling fans and lights in the dining area, making air-conditioning only an occasional last resort. In winter, the condo is equipped with an energy-saving heater to keep you warm from occasional cold air at night while saving electricity costs. All the wall spaces are carefully designed and framed, with shapes and colors that reflect the furniture and create a harmonious stimulating ambiance.

Walking distance to the community center, clubhouse #7, driving range, and 27-hole golf course. Laundry room is a short stroll away, 50c for washing and free drying. parking space and guest parking most convenient. There is RV parking in the community. You can rent golf carts, drive on marked golf routes, and manage your daily affairs (shopping, doctors’ visit, eat-out, etc.) without a car. You can easily rent a car if you do need it from time to time.
This is prime location in Orange County with many beautiful beaches to stroll; hiking, boating diving and fishing activities in the most romantic beaches of California. Inside the community, there is a wildlife park along the Aliso Creek with an easy hiking trail for all ages. If you are more adventurous, there are also many hiking trails in the huge Laguna Coast Wilderness Park next to the community. Right next to it, there is also Crystal Cove State Park. No wonder the community has such fresh air. There is a convenient bus ($1 ticket) going to Laguna Beach in about 10 minutes.
There is an enjoyable 9-hole par-3 course that will get you hooked before you are ready to go to the famous 27-hole golf course. The place is most user friendly to all golf beginners. Whether you are learning or playing, come and enjoy it for a great golf vocation. The new golf clubhouse (The Village Greens) is open to all Village residents and guests and consists of 17,800 square feet of combined interior space and outdoor decking. The building has golf carts for rent, a pro shop, equipment storage, and a number of meeting rooms available for Village clubs and residents. All Village residents will have access to the new full service inexpensive restaurant and café with spacious outdoor decks and spectacular views of Orange County’s Saddleback Valley and Santa Ana Mountains.
Great opportunity to stay for several months and you may just want to move here. Nearby are Laguna Beach with its arts festivals, the mission at San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Newport Beach, Southcoast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island shopping center, Segerstrom Hall at the Orange County Performing Arts Center, South Coast Performing Arts Productions at Santa Ana, Angels Stadiums, Ducks (hockey).
Laguna Woods Village (formally Leisure World) is one of the premier 55+ age-restricted gated communities for the active lifestyle. It is located on 2,100 acres of rolling hillsides just minutes from the Laguna Beach coastline. Residents enjoy special interest activities including 7 club houses, 2 fitness centers, 5 swimming pools, 500 different social clubs, yoga, lawn bowling, table tennis, shuffleboard, bridge, photography lab/darkrooms, arts and crafts, a computer-learning center, equestrian center with horses available to residents, an 814 seat performing arts center, and a choice of more than 100 Saddleback College Emeritus courses (held right in the Village clubhouse 4) and 230 clubs and organizations. Also included is free bus rides throughout and around the village. Many restaurants and complete shopping mall/movie theatre within a 5 minute bus ride.
There are so many houses of worship around here. Saddleback Memorial Hospital, Hoag Hospital and other medical facilities are in close proximity. Emergency and Fire personnel are minutes away. We have a collection of good restaurants and places to go, complete with maps, AAA guide books, golf books etc. in a package for your convenience. The community center provides many services for the residents and give you free internet access, gyms, ping-pong tables and is right next to a great Hometown Buffet you want to visit from time to time.
The community is one of the Rossmoor properties designed by the creative and visionary builder Ross Cortese. There are two other such communities in California: one in Walnut Creek, and one in Seal Beach. This one in Laguna Woods has the best location by far in terms of access to the activities you want for a great vocation.

What a nice rental! It was our first time in this area although we have been renting various places for the past 10 years. We were very happy with this property. It was clean, quiet, secure, and comfortable! The neighbors are great and the owners are wonderful....very helpful and prompt with any questions or concerns. The beach and mountain trails were both very close and there are many activities available within the community such as golf and swimming. We enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay and hope to be able to return there sometime in the future. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends and relatives...a great place to rent! A-1 rating from us!!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
