This party home is situated on a cal-dasac of the Las Vegas National Golf Course. The front of the house has view of the golf course. The house is very private with high fences, 30 ft. olieander trees line up the backwalls of the backyard with many palm trees, an oasis paradise. Bi-level backyard with furnished cabana, patio furniture on side of house with large cement slab enough to dance on and patio furniture in backyard also. Barbeque grill and pool.
Brand new stainless steel stove and refrigerator and dishwasher. The entry way has a chandlier and the breakfeast area/den was newly repainted. The living room has a built in fireplace. House is all carpeted except kitchen area. House is only 2 1/2 miles from the center of the strip. (Flamingo & Las Vegas Blvd) Restaurants, gaming, attractions, shopping are all close by.

We booked this home for new year eve. Home is decent, good for private parties. Manager Lizzie was awesome. We had a problem with restroom. She came quickly to home and called plumber for fixing. She was at the home until it was fixed. If you love golf, then there is big golf court next to home. Overall experience was good. Thank You!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: I was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico and now have been currently living in Las Vegas, NV for about 15 years. My profession is sales and have been in this industry since I moved to Las Vegas. Before I moved here, I worked as an office manager in the Legal Division for the State of Texas. I love dancing, boating and vacationing. I am also a costume designer and have had several retail stores. I love to sew and design. I have also had my bellydance studio and was an instructor. I also majored in ballroom dance and was an instructor for Arthur Murray Dance Studios in Austin. Texas. I love to dance. My son, Jason, who has cerebal palsy and mental retardation....he lives with me and my two dogs. Life is Great!

This property is located on the cul-desac of The Las Vegas National Golf Course on the 8th Green. Private entrance is 75 ft. from house. The club house is very nice and the bar and grill is inviting. Very friendly. Great place to walk over and have breakfeast and play golf! House is also 2 1/2 miles from the Center of The Las Vegas Strip on Flamingo & Las Vegas Blvd. (Between Fountain of Bellagio and Caesar's Palace) Their are numerous restaurants, fast food places, gas stations, grocery stores, shopping malls all within 3 miles from the house.
