Fish, swim, sail, ice skate or play. - South Lake Tahoe, CA - California Luxury, Waterfront, Rental Home in the Tahoe Keys Our LUXURY home is a two-story,1700-square-foot home located in the Tahoe Keys. 1968 Venice Drive, South Lake Tahoe California 96150 We have mountain views and located on the sailing lagoon's water edge (my dad goes fishing from the backyard). Across the lake is forest, which the house looks into. The house is modeled after an Italian villa, quiet, private, great sun, with quiet sitting areas, sun decks, and private extra large spa off the back deck. The house is fully furnished and sleeps up to 10 comfortably. There are three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, two rooms have a twin bed and a pull out trendle below it. There are two bathrooms and the living room has a queen-size sofabed. Overall, the villa has a living room, dining and kitchen, three bedrooms, a cozy courtyard, Sunny back deck overlooking the lagoon,and dock over the water, a two car garage and a utility room. The house is comfortable for all ages, has games, a PlayStation 2, electronic dart board, crocket, DVD's, VHS, and inside stereo system. In the winter the sailing lagoon can be used as an ice rink. The house offers the Tahoe Keys resort amenities at a minimal per day charge. Some of the facilities includes an indoor Olympic-size heated swimming pool with diving board, and outdoor heated swimming pool in the summer, ping-pong, tennis, spa, harbor and boat rentals, private beach, volleyball, tennis courts, and basketball courts. The views are magnificent. The house is located five miles away from Heavenly Ski Resort and downtown casinos. The home backs into the quiet sailing lagoon with no motorized boats. The home is located 65 miles west of the Reno, Nevada airport.
