This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect getaway for your winter in Southwest Florida. Renovated and updated in 2006. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open kitchen, living, and dining room. You'll be drawn immediately to the screen back porch which spans the length of the house. We spend many days and nights sitting here, reading a book, chatting, watching birds, and enjoying the view. Back in the house, you head down the hallway where you'll find two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The bathroom has a full shower and tub combo. All bathroom fixtures and cabinetry are new. The 1st guest room has a twin bed. The 2nd guest room has a queen bed with brand new mattress. Both bedrooms have dressers and closets so you can unpack and settle into your new home away from home. The Master Bedroom and Bath are at the end of the hallway. Here you'll find a King sized bed, with new mattress, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a dresser and full closet, too. The Master Bedroom also has its own entrance to the back porch. Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the beautiful weather that draws so many to Florida this time of year.
Outside you'll find a covered carport, plus additional parking for two or three more vehicles. You'll also find a fire pit so you can enjoy our perfectly cool winter evenings. Make way to the dock where you can tie up your boat or simply sit and watch the minnows and crabs and fish in their element.
(Boat lift is not available for renters, but dock is. 1br/1ba apartment downstairs is not included with rental.)
This is the perfect place for your winter home-away-from-home. Relax, fish, shop, dine, swim, beach, shell ... you can do it all from 'Creekside,' our tranquil, Pine Island home.

Everythings was very very nice, clean and well maintained. Close to shopping, church, restaurants,and convenient for traveling to other areas. Very nice pool in town. Owner very helpful with any questions and we had lots! I would certainly recommend this property to a friend and relative any time and look forward to next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This vacation home has brought our family many good memories over the years, from conversations on the porch, to bringing home a big catch. This home is in a peaceful, quiet setting, yet provides quick access to many amenities, such as dining, shopping, etc. Located on a canal at the north end of Pine Island, we are just minutes away by boat from some of the area's best fishing, shelling, and beaches. Jug Creek, Charlotte Harbor, and the Gulf of Mexico await.

The rocking chairs on the screened porch are truly one of our favorite places. And we love the firepit, too. Plus, don't tell, but many of our family's treasured, 'secret' fishing spots are just minutes away. If you're lucky, we may even share a few tips. Before you know it, you'll be sitting on the porch, dining on your own fresh caught red fish or snapper. Mmmmm...
