We stayed a week at this house and the location couldn't have been more convenient. We were travelling with our 5 year old son and the proximity to the beach and the playground was great, our favourite restaurant was less than 10 minutes walk along the beach yet we were sheltered from seeing any of the high-rises in Condado or Isla Verde. The house is beautifully designed and is much bigger than the photos convey, one drawback for us was that the second bedroom is in another wing of the house, too far for us to use it for our son, but he was more than happy to bunk in with us in the spacious Master Suite. We ended up not using that area of the house at all. The kitchen is very well equipped but could have been a little cleaner on our arrival, we cooked a couple of times and were able to find everything we needed. The ductless air conditioning units combined with tile floors kept the house at a very comfortable temperature even on the hottest days. The real gem of this house are the outdoor areas, the pool has a jetted area at one end and is never deeper than about 4' 6" so my son was able to have lots of fun, there is a small dining table and 4 chairs as well as two separate seating areas so it's always possible to find a spot to sit in the sun, or out of it, if you wish. There are no pool toys or chaise longues.My son and I loved watching the hummingbirds feeding in the courtyard area. We didn't rent a car for our visit but there is parking with a secure electric gate. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go by taxi or by walking.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I am an architect, the house was remodeled in 2007. Lived in this great house until 2010 when I decided to go back to school to attain a doctorate degree.
