This 1.5 million dollar home is located in the heart of San Luis Obispo's wineries, within the prestigious community of Corbett Canyon.
Over 60 wineries in the area welcome visitors to taste award-winning wines and recent releases.
We're about a 5 minute drive from a dozen local wineries. 10 Minutes to SLO airport, 12 minutes to Lopez Lake, or downtown SLO.
This 3700 square foot home was completely remodeled in 2003 featuring a stainless steel kitchen, hardwood floors, and a Media Room. The home sits on four acres with a one and a half acre fenced corral.
The home features a large King Master bedroom and a large King guest room. (the other two bedrooms are locked-off and used as storage). It's a large home, but we can only accommodate 4-6 people. The third possible sleeping area is the Media Room with inflatable queen bed and attached bathroom.
There's a formal living room, and a two sided fireplace shared by the kitchen. The den and kitchen have French doors that lead to the rear slate patio. There is a gourmet kitchen with a granite center island and a large dining area that seats six.
The master suite has a walk-in closet and the attached master bath is like it's own mini-spa. It has an extra deep jacuzzi tub with nine jets, and a steam room with dual shower heads. The home has bleached hardwood floors, and sicel carpeting throughout.
There's over 1000 square feet of outdoor decking overlooking the corral with incredible mountain views. You're out in the country, yet only 10 minutes to downtown SLO. Very desirable area.
There's plenty of room for your cars, boats, and the rest of your toys. We're on four acres, so there is plenty of room here. It's very peaceful and quite here, and stars at night are incredible.
The property has 70+ oak tree's, many over 100 years old. Small fruit tree orchard include Avocado, Orange, Peach, and Apricot tree's.
The home is suitable for groups up to six. No Large groups, No Weddings, No Receptions, No parties please. Dogs are OK.

We looked at so many homes in the area before deciding on this one. It was the location and lot that blew us away. We wanted an urban country feel, but didn't want to be too far from town. This was the one. It had it all, and the location was the best. There's such a calming feeling of tranquility here, coupled with large scale space and openness that truly separated this home from all the others we looked at.
