As if this beautiful home on Lake Weir needs more than the private beach and spectacular sunsets it comes equipped with all the amenities to make you feel at home. This recently fully-remodeled home has all new stainless steel appliances, tile and wood floors and a new roof. It has also been refurnished and redecorated with great comfy couches and oversized chairs that turn into sleepers. The house easily sleeps 7 in beds but can accomodate up to 10 guests.

The great room looks over Lake Weir with glass doors opening across the entire back of the house. The spacious game room has a new pool table to entertain for hours and a full wet bar for making all those great summer time drinks.

The house is situated on a quaint road that is inviting for nice evening walks. Use the designer kitchen to make dinner or how about take your boat right on over to Gator Joe’s, a great local hang out with a tasty menu and yes, they serve Alligator.

The hot-tub and rocking chairs are on the porch waiting for you.

Other items to make you feel at home: Brand new 52-inch color television with cable. Three other televisions in the house to make the entire family (especially the kids) happy. DSL high-speed internet is included. All new beds and mattresses throughout the house. The master bedroom has a new king-size mattress and an additional pillow-top cover. Private Beach. Long wooden dock and slide. Karaoke machine, fireplace.

  • We recently had my daughter's graduation party at the Lake House on Lake Weir. What a wonderful location to celebrate this occasion! The house was spacious, beautiful, and relaxing for everyone. There was plenty to do with the pool table, the hot tub, the big screen TV and of course the lake! A great time was had by all. Thank you so much for the opportunity to experience your lovely home!

  • We had our 10th annual girl's weekend at the Lake Weir house. There are seven of us and found the house roomy enough to fit us all comfortably yet cozy enough for all of our girl talk. We LOVED the view and enjoyed our morning coffee as we sat in the rockers. Thumbs up to the house and the massage therapist that we were able to hire at the house too!

  • We have been to Weirsdale many times as we lived our winter months at Blue Parrot Park right down the road from Lady Lake,,, Spent many good times at Gater Joes , too,,, We miss it lots,, Hope some day to come back to your area, Beautiful !!!

    You'll enjoy staying here. This little town is where I grew up. My sister, brother and I all enjoyed the summers on Lake Weir. Tubing, Hydrosliding, Skiing - we did it all. Although Weirsdale is a sleeply little town, we are close to The Villages for bowling, movies and shopping. There are some great local dives on the lake as well. And although I have seen the sunset on this lake many times, it still amazes me how each evening can be different. Mom and Dad have done a nice job making this house a home as well. So much so infact, we have many of our family functions at the Lake Weir Lake House as often as possible. Come see us sometime!
