The full west deck provides great ocean views for barbecuing or lounging in the summer, or whale or storm watching in the off-season. Comfortably furnished with lots of windows and high vaulted ceiling in living/dining area provide plenty of light. A new angled stair/ladder is provided for those who wish to sleep in the queen bed loft which overlooks the living room and provides great full ocean views.
A fun queen loft area, plus three bedrooms downstairs with one king, one queen, and one double/single bunk bed. One full bathroom on each level of this home: one with shower, one with tub.
Large hot tub seats eight and is located in a very private back yard setting backing to three acres of trees, with the majestic east mountain range in full view. Easy, close beach access. This house is great for families with children.
Satellite dish, DVD, VCR, movies and premium movie channels are included for your enjoyment. The home is heated with forced-air heating and Air Conditioning for your comfort. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room is perfect for those cozy beach nights.
Arch Cape is a quiet, sandy beach four miles south of Cannon Beach. Arch Cape is surrounded by State Parks and State Beaches (five within a few miles), including the world-famous Short Sand Beach at Oswald West State Park just five minutes away. All the excitement and culture of Cannon Beach, Manzanita and Seaside are just a few minutes away. An excellent deli/store is located a block away, with the best scones, cinnamon rolls, and espresso in the area.
When you want to relax away from the crowds, you can just go out to the beach on a short path (100 paces to the beach) in front of the house. It is rare to see more than a few families on the entire stretch of beach - very private and relaxing. Then enjoy the eagles perching and sunset reflecting off the mountain range from your private hot tub.
