Beautiful Location. This 3 bedroom beachfront two-story home with central air conditioning offers breathtaking ocean views from every room. The home offers three bedrooms and sleeper sofa in both the upstairs living area and downstairs family room...great for kids! This homes has a large lawn area with an outdoor shower and Jacuzzi on the lanai. The three bedroom, two and a half bath home has a dining and living room with master bedroom upstairs. Downstairs has another family room/studio and kitchenette with two bedrooms and bathroom.

I couldnt have asked for a more perfect house, location for my family's stay in Kaua'i. Aliomanu Bay is just a beautiful, quiet area. Hardly any traffic on this dead-end road in front of the house. Anahola is a perfect little town for those who want to get away from all the people and hustle and bustle of the bigger towns like Kapaa and Lihue. Kapaa was just close enough to be convenient for groceries, gas and restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful in front of the house and we had amazing sunrises to view almost every morning. (When it wasnt raining or cloudy) We were even blessed with some hump-back whale sightings off the lanai. The snorkling wasnt the greatest, but we were there during a full moon phase where the tide would be out in the mornings allowing for some great exploring of the black lava rocks out front. The tide would come back in about mid-afternoon and really be right at the sea wall. I think as a general rule, surf is rough all around Kaua'i in the month of April. And in October. There were 8 of us total. Mom and Dad stayed in the master bedroom upstairs with the rest of us staying downstairs where there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a futon that made into a bed that was very comfortable. We thought we would have to trade rooms with the futon sleepers at some point during our stay, but they were comfortable enough not to change. We arrived about an hour before we were expected to check in and the housekeeper was just finishing up with the cleaning. The house was spotless. There was a maintenance issue during our stay, with a curtain rod coming unattached from the wall that was promptly repaired by the maintenance man. I just had to make a call to the property manager. She also surprised us with a wonderful homemade pineapple upside down cake mid-way thru our stay. Now, I am just waiting for 2015 when I can come back. :)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.
