  Our stay at Marina Del Ray rental was excellent. The house was just as described on the website, so no nasty surprises. Which is the best way to start your holiday. Franco and Iris are always on hand to offer advice or help with any problems, small touches like fresh flowers on the outside tables and fresh oranges from the garden tree made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rental is close to all the major freeways making exploring very easy, with most of the major attractions being within 30 minutes. Franco answered all correspondence promptly. Overall the unit was clean and tide with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the garden is great for sitting out in the evenings with a BBQ and patio heaters if needed. The use of the Jacuzzi is great and we used it most nights after our long days in Hollywood. We would recommend this house to friends and family and would stay here again when we return to LA.

  What an absolutely wonderful place! I stayed there with my mom and my 3 boys for a few days during spring break this March and could not have been happier! If we need another longer stay in the area, we will definitely go back. Everything was just as described and the apartment was spotless. Truly, it's a wonderful place to stay! Thank you from all of us!!

  Very nice and very clean unit. We would definately rent agan and highly recommend this property. Plenty of street parking. The property is very well kept and we used the hot tub and read in the backyard. We did not receive the email in regards to codes to get in. This was becuase a problem with my email. We got a bit nervous when we could not reach Franco who was out of the country. All in all, it worked out and we were very pleased.

  Franco was great to work with! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the linens were very nice, the kitchen had everything you could need, and we felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the LA area. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

  Everything just as other people said: clean, nice, quiet, ample of amenities such as grill, jacuzzi. We arrived at 1030pm and the owner came out to greet us and showed us around, appreciated that. We didn't get a chance to use the kitchen but it is huge and clean with everything you can image. Only one thing would like to point out: these 3 bycles provided, 1 has flat tires, 1 is rusty and that left only one is ridable. My son was excited to see the bycles but at end we did ride on.

  Owner response: The bicycles are not a part of the rental. They are our own which we use in only in the summertime. So they were not ready to use. However we don't mind to lend them if we get advance notice so we can get them ready.

  I have stayed at vacation homes in the past where photos online were very misleading. I was very much pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this home. It was even better than the photos. Beautifully decorated, clean and packed with amenities. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The kitchen was immaculate for a vacation rental, new appliances and very spacious. Bedrooms smelt clean and fresh, the beds were very comfortable. Large living room with comfy sofas. We had access to the hot tub in the back yard and the washer and dryer were located close by so we put the clothes to wash while we relaxed in the comfoft of the tum..just brilliant. WOuld I ever go back here? Hands down...YES!!! Affordable luxury..home away from home.

  We (2 couples) had a great experience staying with Franco and his family for two nights. It really is as good as advertised; extremely clean, beautiful kitchen with dishwasher and most anything else you'd ever need, nice little backyard with a fully functional hottub. The neighborhood is nicely located close to the beach and a short drive to most other places to see in LA, and we could park right outside at any time of the day in the quiet street. We also used the firepit and asked Franco for some lighterfluid and without us knowing he ended up driving to the store to pick it up, hence; he's really nice. Very satisfied and definitely recommend this excellent location and host!

  The house is fantastic, the photos of the house are just as they are in person. The rooms are bright and beds very comfortable. I came for martial arts training close by and the use of the hot tub was a great plus. The house was spotless and was thankful for the washer and dryer. Thank you very much to Franco and his family for there hospitality. I will be back.
