Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to downtown. It has recently been remodeled and furnished with 2 new queen pillow-top beds, a queen futon in the living room, new flat screen tv's in lvg. room and master bdrm. with dish network and premium channels , and all new furniture and décor. The bathroom and kitchen have also been remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped including complimentary coffee and spice cabinet. The cottage has a one car garage and extra driveway parking for your visitors. The front patio has nice views of the Three Sisters and the back patio off the master bedroom, has nice views of Lake Estes, seating and a gas barbecue. If you bring the family we provide a Pac-N-Play, high chair, children's games and a variety of CD's and DVD's for the whole family. Stay with us. You'll be glad you did.

We stayed for a week to visit family and friends and to veg. The cabin beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up in the mornings. Having the garage and extra parking was a big plus as we got snow. The kitchen is well equipped and has a lot of extras like spices, coffee, creamer, cocoa, and lots more. My husband and I stayed in the cottage for Christmas. We had our family visit for two days and it was so much fun. The owners put up a small Christmas tree with lights and did some outside décor. It was just like home. The kitchen was fully stocked as presented with many extras. The beds were soooo comfy, and there was plenty of room for all six of us. The grand children enjoyed all the games, toys and movies. Also the baby furniture was very clean and almost like new. We will definitely come again any time.
