Welcome to “Villa Rosa”. This is truly YOUR home away from home. This completely remodeled 2300 sq. ft. home boosts three bedrooms and two baths, gorgeous new landscaping, pool and dock with patio and a six hundred square foot screened lanai. The wonderful master bedroom has complete privacy being at the opposite side of the home from the other guest bedrooms. It has a large walk in closet, triple sliders that open to the pool/lanai, king size bed and flat screen television. There are two additional bedrooms. One is set up as a functioning home office, complete with wifi and a beautiful view of the canal and pool. The other a guest bedroom with a canal view and queen sized bed. It is beautifully decorated and fit for a “queen”. Each bedroom has a walk in closets. The spacious well stocked bathrooms have rich granite counter tops.
The large living room window lets in the lovely Florida sun not to mention the view of the newly landscaped front yard. You will enjoy the warm and inviting décor, including an overstuffed sofa, chair and a half with ottoman and entertainment area in the formal dining room, perfect for those evening cocktails with friends.
The formal dining room with triple sliders also opens to allows access to the screened lanai/pool area. Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen, which is any chef’s dream! The kitchen has new beautiful stainless steel appliances, and more than ample walnut cabinetry, and a ton of granite counter space for cooking and food preparation. There is an additional bonus in that there is a kitchen pass through to a 6 foot outside pool counter. Perfect for entertaining!
On the other side of this wonderfully planned kitchen/ family room boosting a large flat screen television just waiting for that “Super Bowl” party or an evening with friends. Oh, did I mention that there is also a breakfast room off the kitchen with another set of triple siders allowing access to the lanai and cozy for more casual dining. How lovely to have your morning coffee overlooking the pool, lush back yard and dock area?
The convenient laundry room with new washer and dryer, white built- in cabinets and a soaking sink is set up for your convenience. Access to the two car garage with auto opener and epoxy floors are just steps away.

Just arrived back from a great trip to Cape Coral. The house were very nice cleaned and well maintained. I would recomend it for everybody eho is looking for a quiet and nice vacation. Pool, grill, and boat deck were in perfect shape. Nice and helpful landlors also. //JOhanRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

The home is kept up immaculate. This is due to the quality of people that are booked into 'Villa Rosa". Our house cleaner is wonderful and will be checking in on you while you are staying there to make sure all your needs are being met.

Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: Todd and Paula Strickland first vacationed on Sanibel island three years ago. It was love at first site. After returning to the area they ventured to 'Cape Coral' for dinner and that was it~ Having all of S.W Florida to choose from it was South West Cape Coral or BUST! Having purchased Villa Rosa in August of 2012, they plan to ultimatly retire there in a couple of years. Todd and Paula look forward to returning at any and every opportunity. Especially when is includes their four adult children and grand children.

After looking for weeks for 'the perfect' home away from home, pulling up into the drive way of 'Villa Rosa' sealed the deal~ Todd and I loved this home before we walked in the front door. The spacious floor plan, very private master suite, huge kitchen and beautiful new appointments made this interior designer a very happy girl. The landscaping is lush and plentiful the pool wonderful. Whe hope you will enjoy our very special 'home away from home'!!!

You are literally minutes away for Cape Harbour Yacht Club, Terapin Yacht Club/beach. The intercostal water way(20 min. ride to the Gulf from our dock via the canal)Beautiful and private pool and lanai. Shopping, golfing, bike trails, yummy eateries and the charming town of Cape Coral. What more could you ask for? Oh, and might I mention some of the lovelest and friendliest people we have ever met.
