This stunning waterfront home sits on a small bluff overlooking Cotuit Bay, Sampson's Island (Deadneck), and Martha's Vineyard on a clear day. Easy access to its own private beach and a deep water dock can accommodate boat 40+ feet with electrical hook-up. There are kayaks and bicycles on the property so you can explore your surroundings by water or by land. Play tennis on the private clay tennis court during summer months.
Every room has a breathtaking water view. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. There are three guests rooms each with 2 twin beds (that can be pushed together, if desired). There is a full washer/dryer in the kitchen which opens onto large family room, dining area, and office alcove with another flat screen TV. House has cable TV and WiFi.
You may not want to leave the huge wooden deck with views of the bay and sound, outdoor hot-water shower, gas grill and colorful plantings.
Preference will be given to long term renters. Week minimum; month long rental preferred.

Our family stayed here for a week last summer. It turned out to be our best vacation on Cape Cod ever. The house is beautifully situated right on the beach with a large deck that was the hub of our activity. It's about 30 steps to the beach and warm bay waters. We brought a Sailfish and spent tme sailing around Oyster Harbors. The house is immaculate and comfortable and the location is one of the best on the Cape. The view is amazing and you get a sense of seclusion while lounging out on the deck. When not on the deck we enjoyed plenty of activities with the kids – biking, kayaking, tennis, swinging on the hammock, exploring the shore and more……. The house is well kept and has everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Looking forward to our next stay!!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage last June! It is in a magnificent location, right on the water. The favorite part of our stay was relaxing on the large deck, just taking in the view. The home itself is spotless and well maintained. The decor is bright and cheery. The kitchen is well outfitted, with all the pots and pans you could need. We enjoyed taking walks or running around the island, the kids loved looking for shells and crabs on the beach. All in all, a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers.
