This beautiful privately owned cabin is located in Breezy Point Resort on Pelican Lake; 1 mile walk to the resort and you'll have access to most of the activities, 3 restaurants with live entertainment, two beaches within the resort, all three golf courses; Deacon's Lodge, Antlers White Birch and the Breezy Point Traditional golf course (over 10 golf courses within a 10 mile radius). There's also a beautiful gathering area on the sandy beach located at the island on Pelican lake. Pelican lake is also known for great fishing!
Our beautiful lake cabin FEATURES five bedrooms and a sofa sleeper. The total capacity is 16 if you pull out the extra floor mattress. It has one king-size bed, three full-size beds, a bunk bed and one double-size sofa sleeper. The home captures the beautiful summer sunrises and has spectacular lakeview’s from the full size bay windows, private screened balcony and private dock.
Walk into the large entryway area and view the breathtaking vaults made of knotty pine wood. The large kitchen area and bar is open to the dining and living room area with the beautiful river rock fireplace, full size bay windows, extra large handmade rugs, hardwood floors and carpeting throughout. The main level has 2 larger bedrooms, one which has a vanity sink & mirror in it and the main bathroom with a double sink & Jacuzzi.
The lower walkout level has three bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms (1 with shower) a beautiful bar/entertainment area, POOL TABLE, & PING PONG table game area. In the wintertime, there's several snowmobiling trails, downhill tubing, cross country and downhill skiing nearby; excellent ice fishing with icehouses available to rent as well.
Breezy Point Resort has entertainment and several events going on along with the Elvis show on Saturday nights that draws in the whole town (including boats) located at the main beach/bar area.
Paul Bunyan Trail: This new, multi-purpose trail (paved for 50 miles) connects Brainerd to Bemidji and is only five miles from the Breezy Point Resort entrance.
The Breezy Point Boat Marina which is less than a mile away provides watercraft such as canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, fishing boats, hydro bikes, plus their fleet of new 20-foot pontoons.

Dear Tonia, We had a wonderful week. The lake home met all of our expectations. Thank you so much for helping with the arrangements. I am sorry I was not there when you stopped by. The key to the pool was very important to us, we used it most days. We are looking at booking again in July of 2009. The house had the amount of room and amenities that we need. We utilized the lake and boat etc. a fair amount also. Thanks for being so prompt with all of our questions and arranging things for us.

My family and extended family stayed at the Lake House over Labor Day weekend '07. What a great time we had. There's so much to do in the house, with the pool table, hot tub, two big screen TV's and screened-in porch. It was a beautiful weekend this year, so we mostly enjoyed the outdoors and Lake Pelican this trip, but if it had been inclement weather, we still would have had plenty to do. We look forward to going back to the Lake House sometime soon. Thanks for everything.

We were very pleased with your rental property on Pelican Lake. I have never seen so many Loons, Orioles, and other wildlife. The new screened porch is a great addition. While the lake was low this summer, we were able to use your dock with our small boat - very convenient !

Everything was perfect, from the hot tub to the relaxed atmosphere. The place was immaculate and well maintained. Lots to do in the area including some of the finest golf courses in the state. Next time we're bringing the boat!
