In 2010 we spent a weekend at this house for my husbands 40th birthday. The house was clean, roomy and perfect for the 10 person event. We loved it so much we rented it for his birthday in 2011 as well. The house looked exactly like the pictures and the description was perfect. The owner was responsive and very helpful. The house is near the beach, golf, gas, food and the backyard has a dock, which is so helpful. The house if perfect and the owner was awesome. Will stay there year after year.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Dear Tonia, We had a wonderful week. The lake home met all of our expectations. Thank you so much for helping with the arrangements. I am sorry I was not there when you stopped by. The key to the pool was very important to us, we used it most days. We are looking at booking again in July of 2009. The house had the amount of room and amenities that we need. We utilized the lake and boat etc. a fair amount also. Thanks for being so prompt with all of our questions and arranging things for us.

Hey Tania, We had a relaxing weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! What a beautiful place! We spent all day Saturday at the spa in Crosslake that I told you about! It was wonderful. We will definitely contact you again in the near future to rent again. Thanks for everything!

Thanks for the rental Tania....we had a great time golfing and fishing...even though the fishing wasn't very good. We really enjoyed the place and look forward to coming back next year.

My family and extended family stayed at the Lake House over Labor Day weekend '07. What a great time we had. There's so much to do in the house, with the pool table, hot tub, two big screen TV's and screened-in porch. It was a beautiful weekend this year, so we mostly enjoyed the outdoors and Lake Pelican this trip, but if it had been inclement weather, we still would have had plenty to do. We look forward to going back to the Lake House sometime soon. Thanks for everything.

We were very pleased with your rental property on Pelican Lake. I have never seen so many Loons, Orioles, and other wildlife. The new screened porch is a great addition. While the lake was low this summer, we were able to use your dock with our small boat - very convenient !

Everything was perfect, from the hot tub to the relaxed atmosphere. The place was immaculate and well maintained. Lots to do in the area including some of the finest golf courses in the state. Next time we're bringing the boat!

Our family has stayed at this house a few times and everyone absolutely loved it. We love the screened in porch and the beautiful lakeview. The upgrades really made it a pleasure to come back too!

It is a beautiful relaxing get away. Stress melts away automatically as soon as you get up to Breezy Point and the house is gorgeous, equipped with any and everything you could possibly need.

Wonderful!! We felt like we were in our own home -- quite, very clean and spacious (up and down). The Hot Tub and Pool table right in the house were great. We also liked the big back yard and lake access, great for get togethers and kids. We'll be back!!

This was a perfect home to house some of our family, which came from California, to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary at the resort. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, table tennis, jaccuzzi, the tv and the big yard.

This home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. The privacy on the lower level was great for our two families to be together, yet separate. The view of the Lake is nice and there was room in front & back to play some yard games. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep this one on our list! The McPhee's
