Our beautiful ground floor garden view studio is centrally located in a private neighborhood in historic Hanama'ulu Town, a former plantation settlement. Perfect for a vacationing single or couple, traveling professionals or returning snow birds.
This fully furnished airy and private living space is a 500 sq. ft ground floor studio with a private entrance, an additional sliding door to a small lanai with a dining table and lounge chair, access to an outdoor shower and off street parking.
Located close to beaches, mountains, town, shopping, restaurants, churches, and is just a short drive to either side of the island.
Upgraded amenities include, kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner hotplate, microwave, counter top convection oven and outdoor BBQ, full bath and shower, queen size bed with feather topper, sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, cable TV/DVD player, CD player and internet access. The refrigerator will be stocked with continental breakfast items upon your arrival.
During your stay in Hamana'ulu Town, visit the Hanama'ulu Cafe, famous for their Ginger Fried Chicken and Sunday night Seafood Buffet. Buy fresh fish, fruits/vegetables or some of Kaua'i's favorite foods from a roadside vendor.

A GREAT place for the budget minded. It is exceptionally clean with granite counters and polished floor tile throughout. Our host went the extra mile to provide a wide assortment of complimentary food items. We were there 5 days and found the location central to our bird watching adventures on the west side of the island as well as the north shoreline. It is only a few miles from the airport and in a residential neighborhood. No view, but a clean comfortable place to stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wendy was an excellent host. My brother and I birded on Kauai for 5 days. The apartment fit both our budget and our needs. It is exceptionally clean with granite counters, tile flooring throughout. It is only a few miles from the airport and centrally located in a residential neighborhood. Our host provided a wide assortment of complimentary foods and answered any questions we had about the island. I would highly recommend it for the budget conscious traveling single or couple.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Please observe the following rules while staying in the studio: Please park only in your assigned parking space – only one car allowed Smoking, illegal drug use, excessive drinking/partying and pets are prohibited inside the studio or anywhere on the property Only the number of persons listed at the time of the booking shall stay in the studio – no additional overnight guests allowed Please place rubbish in bags or sealed containers before placing it in the trash bin No burning of candles or open flames inside the building Please turn off all appliances, lights, ceiling fans and running water when finished and/or leaving the premises Clothes may be hung to air dry only on the established clothes lines Please cover food with paper towel when microwaving, and use the provided cutting board – do not cut on the counter tops.
