I actually rented this condo continuously for the past 2 1/4 years and enjoyed every minute of it. From the spacious courtyard balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the gulf and the added bonus of directly overlooking the well-maintained pool. The condo is large, furnished, very clean (NO BUGS), and has a second, smaller balcony off the kitchen and a third balcony off the master bedroom. The two bedrooms upstairs both have king-sized beds, very large closets and ceiling fans, and the master bath directly abuts a hallway half-bath via a pocket door. In addition, there is a half-bath on the main living level. I was able to use the ground-floor garage daily for one of our cars...a luxury not found easily on the beach, and a feature that keeps you and your groceries out of the rain. Each renter also rates a second, dedicated parking space right outside the unit. The owner--Allison--was an absolute joy to work with, as she promptly responded to any and all questions and concerns. The neighbors are friendly, crime is non-existent, and the location is convenient to everything. As for the animal world, sea skimmer and sea turtle nesting areas are within a five-minute walk down the beach in the spring/summer, and there is a sea bird sanctuary within a ten-minute walk up the beach. Please don't overlook this gem in your search for a perfect rental directly on the beach! Located midway between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach, this unit is within a one-minute drive over the closest causeway to the mainland and is in the middle of one of the most desirable neighborhoods along the barrier island. There are numerous outstanding restaurants in the area, and the closest grocery is within a five-minute drive. I have absolutely no regrets in renting this lovely condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Snuggle in front of the fireplace at night or sip a glass of wine on either balcony ( off bedroom or living room) and enjoy the spectacular sunsets, unique to Florida's gulfcoast.
