Tis was the best lodging we have ever had for a ski trip. The apartment set up allows for privacy with each bedroom having its own bathroom and a wonderful center room to gather in and enjoy the fireplace. Restaurants are just downstairs and others in a short walking distance or if you prefer you can cook your own meal with City Market nearby and a well stocked kitchen with all the cooking supplies you could possibly need. If you forgot anything for your trip including sports equipment the stores are right next store. We enjoyed the shuttle to Beaver Creek and the skiing was wonderful. We may be keeping this place as our annual destination.

We stayed in this condo for 2 1/2 weeks and found it wonderful. It was very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Every kitchen gadget, every electronic gadget, every personal hygiene need, every cleaning need---everything. The batteries to the big clock in the kitchen went out and we even found the spare batteries. The view from the deck of the mountains was great. We were walking distance to about a dozen restaurants (there are 5 restaurants on the first floor of the building). We were a little worried that it was close to the freeway, but since the unit is on the backside from the freeway, we didn't hear a peep the whole time. The heated underground parking and wide hallways were also great (a ski accident made this really helpful). We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed in this condo and really enjoyed ourselves. Lorna is so great to work with and really goes out of her way to be helpful. She has furnished the condo with everything you need. It's easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail and all the fun restaurants and shopping in Avon. The trail that runs beside the beautiful Eagle River (I think that's the correct one) is just a short walk from the condo. You can walk/run/bike on the trail. It's also a nice walk through Avon to Knottingham Lake. It's in the center of beautiful Colorado. Go...you'll love it! Dallas, TX

We were there with our 2 children all summer (July 1st to August 15th - yes 6 weeks!) and had a great time. The condo was just as described on VRBO. If we ever had a question Lorna was very quick to respond and always available. The condo was very convenient and within walking distance to restauarants, grocery store, the rodeo etc. Underground parking was a plus. The condo is fully stocked so all you need to do is bring yourself and family to have a great time!

We stayed in this condo for about 2 weeks in January/February 2011 and another 3 weeks in April 2011. While the condo would be lovely and convenient for skiing, we were there for surgery and rehab at the Steadman Clinic in Vail. We were looking for a place that had underground parking (so crutching in the snow wouldn't be an issue), an elevator (so stairs were not an issue) and place large enough for three adults and where we would not mind spending a lot of our time - since we would be eating most of our meals in and spending a lot of time indoors on the couch. This condo met our needs and more. It is a lovely condo with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, nice linens, and lots of movies on dvd. The condo is spacious enough that three adults did not feel cramped, even for 3 weeks of spending a lot of time indoors. The couch is comfy and has a nice view of the mountains. The location is convenient - 15 minute drive to Vail village, next door to City Market, and about 5 minutes to Edwards with lots of great restaurants, etc. We also spent some time in the Avon Rec Center (which is very very nice - great for kids!) and we were quite convenient to that as well. Lorna, the owner, was very prompt and professional in all respects. Any questions or problems that arose were dealt with immediately and very professionally. This was an excellent place for us and we would recommend it completely to anyone looking for housing while rehabbing in Vail. We hope the next time we visit will be for skiing or other recreation!

My family and I just returned from a full week excursion to Colorado and spent the last four of those days in Avon. This was our first time skiing out West and it was a great experience. The condo was well located with easy access to Beaver Creek and just a short drive away from Vail. The unit was quite comfortable with indoor parking, nice views of Beaver Creek mountain, three large beds (one king and two queens) that more than ably accommodated my wife and I and our three little boys (8,7 and 6). Plus, we liked the privacy of having our separate bathrooms. Of course, having a washer and dryer was huge after a long day on the slopes. I also enjoyed the use of the fitness room a couple of doors down the hall. The City Market grocery store was just a few steps away from the building. So every imaginable convenience is at your doorstep. Tom and Lorna also couldn't be any nicer. I'd like to thank them for helping to make our first ski experience out West such a memorable one and hope to stay there again sometime soon.

Great place to stay while skiing. Shuttle bus every 10 minutes to the Westin Gondola, then a short ride to the Lower Beaver Creek Express Chair. Very clean and comfortable. Beds very good and W/D in the unit (love that). Flat screen TV's with cable, DVD player and VHS. Covered parking, but vehicle not necessary - grocery store across the street and ski area close by shuttle and gondola. Friends referred us and glad they did.

King bed in one BR and 2 Queen beds in the other BR made sleeping accomodations great. Very comfortable beds. Nice and warm gas fireplace. Good location right next to Beaver Creek and 10 minutes from Vail. Condo had all the extras and accessories you need. Heated garage below was a nice luxury. We use VRBO often in our travels and found Lorna extremely professional, helpful and prompt. We will definitely work with Lorna again next time we're in the area for skiing.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Avon. The condo is so cozy and was all we needed, even for our family of 5. We had lots of togetherness, but did not feel cramped. So many things within walking distance, but travel to Beavercreek mountain without a car and with smaller children (skis, boots, etc) can be challenging. I had a most enjoyable mother/daughter moment with my 7 year old daughter at the nail salon downstairs. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

We had a wonderful week staying at Tom and Lorna's condo. We were vacationing with our 21 year old twin daughters and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo looks exactly as it appears in the photos. We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. There is a great grocery store within walking distance so we were able to utilize the kitchen and make wonderful meals. We were so glad to have the air conditioning. We also were thankful for the washer and dryer. We enjoyed ours walks each morning around the lake at the park and around the community. There is a lot to do in the area. We did some hiking, rafting, and shopping. Lorna answered all of our questions very quickly. I hope we get an opportunity to stay in the condo again. Thanks Lorna and Tom!

The condo had everything we could need and we found ourselves saving quite a bit of money by utilizing the fully stocked kitchen. Staying "in" was a treat with the beautiful views from the balcony and comfy amenities. We took a walk along the Eagle River each day and enjoyed the paddle-boating at Nottingham Lake as well. This area of CO has everything a family could ask for in a summer vacation -- and absolutely beautiful!. Our five-night stay wasn't long enough to do it all so we hope to make it back soon! Thank you to Lorna and Tom for making our family vacation so memorable.

Lorna, one of the owners, responded quickly to every email communication. The unit came very well stocked with everything that we needed. Just bring your own food and that's it. Very comfortable and it was great having large beds for the kids. Great location, close to everything. The owners had air conditioning installed just before we got there - didn't think we'd need it, but it really helped; be careful of condos there without the AC. The living room was 'cozy' but adequate for 4-5 people. Very clean with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Best vacation we have had with our 3 kids!! The condo was convenient for winter activities in Beaver Creek and Vail. The condo was nicely decorated and well equipped. My kids especially loved our nightly hot chocolate. In additon, having two queen beds in the guest room gave our kids plenty of room to sleep. Although we do not like to vacation in the same spot, we would consider making an exception and visiting again! Thank you!

Our family, including two teenagers, enjoyed almost a week in BC's beautiful August weather. The condo was comfortable for all of us--my sons were thrilled to see two queen sized beds! Accommodations were nicely appointed, well decorated and stocked. We lacked nothing including a view. The fans were helpful too as it actually became a little warm in the afternoon. Thanks for your hospitality!

The condo is fantastic. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything in it that you could possibly need. It is an easy shuttle ride to Beaver Creek. The grocery store is just across the road and had everything that we needed. It was extremely well stocked. We only used one restaurant, The Outback Steakhouse, which was good. There are plenty of restaurants in Avon, all within walking distance of the condo. We would certainly like to go back to Avon and stay in this condo.

What's not to love? The energy of this condo is luxurious and peaceful. Dragging ski equipment around the slopes for yourself and children can be draining. This condo was the perfect answer at the end of the day. As a matter of fact, it was so comfortable, it was almost hard to leave in the mornings to go skiing for the day. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. I traveled with two adult non-skiers, and they loved relaxing all day in the condo. They enjoyed the mt. view from the wall of widows in the livingroom. It was a very quiet, safe building. The kitchen was stocked with the most equipment of any rental condo I have rented. Great stash of games and video movies. The owners were wonderful to work with.

This is such a wonderful condo. The layout is perfect for families with a bedroom on either side of the living area and a bathroom off each bedroom. The place is so comfotable from the couches to the beds - especially the master king bed! There are ample towels and extra comforters and a fully stocked kitchen. Everything is very up-to-date and the owners obviously keep adding things to keep it that way. The location in Avon is very centrally located and easy to get to everthing we needed. Thanks so much!

A little difficult to transition back to reality after a week of pure mountain air in Avon--and a relaxing stay in #207--so nice to have everything you need except a toothbrush and a little anti-inflammatory--but you hardly needed drugs with the hot tub (wow--HOT!) steps away! Too many good places to eat--many right in the same block! and wonderful, challenging skiing, with excellent transportation. Our companions commented often on how NICE and helpful everybody was. We'd pack up and go back tomorrow if schedules and funding permitted. Watch out for the elk herds on the way back to the airport!
