  Sabíamos que Miami é um ótimo local para passar as férias, mas ficar nesta casa tornou tudo mais real. Foi ótimo para ser capaz de caminhar para a praia e para todas as compras sim a necessidade de um carro. A área é sentida muito seguro e os confortos da casa fez-nos sentir mimados. Foi muito legal de sentir-nos parte da comunidade por uma semana. Espero que você aprecie esta maravilhosa cidade, como fizemos nosotros!! Esta casa vale a viagem;)

  To put it simply, this house is amazing! Luxurious, clean, spacious and very well-decorated. Perhaps the highlight of the property is the location which allows you to walk to all the restaurants/bars/shopping/beaches that South Beach has to offer. We can't wait to come back!

  Esta casa es realmente comoda. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer dia. Se nota que pusieron mucho trabajo en los detalles y uno nota el cuidado de la propiedad. Esta llena de comodidades modernas y el plan abierto la hace muy espaciosa. Lo mejor de todo fue no tener la necesidad de alquilar un auto. Esta tan bien ubicada que caminamos a la playa y para ir de compras. Mis sobrinos iban en bici y el hecho que la calle no tiene salida nos hizo sentir tranquilos. Cocinamos como en casa ya que la cocina esta completita!!!! Todas las toallas y sabanas fueron de muy buena calidad y nos hicieron sentir como en un hotel :) Espero les sirvan estos datos!!!

  I was very impressed with this luxury villa! I was there for a 5 day vacation to explore Miami and it was a pleasure to stay here. Not only is it impeccably clean, but the decor is stylish and in very good taste. I loved how it was so centrally located you can walk to everything. We didn't use our car once! The double height living room is very grand, and the dining room is big enough to host a huge dinner party. All of the guest rooms are well appointed and the beds and linens are of superb quality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  I ventured to South Beach with 6 friends for NYE - and I simply couldn't have found a more amazing place to rent. From the second I arrived in this beautiful home I was impressed with every detail. From the perfectly stocked kitchen, to the gorgeous dining room and bedrooms - this was the ideal setting for a group of friends to spend a relaxing weekend. The owner was a dream to work with, and was available immediately to answer any questions we had during and before our stay. We loved having such a clean and cozy place to come back to after our adventures out in South Beach each day and night. We especially appreciated the ability to cook delicious meals and sit around an elegant dining room table, all while listening to great music on the awesome sound system. Don't think twice about staying anywhere else - this is the place to be!!! Thanks to the owner for helping to making this our best NYE vacation ever!

  The house was fantastic. Location is a huge deal when I visit Miami, and this house is a short walk to Lincoln Rd and 7 minutes from the beach. And the neighborhood is nice and quiet, and just a block from food, coffee, drugstores-- anything we needed. The house itself was perfect! It's super-spacious and comfortable, everything was new (towels, sheets, kitchenware), and the decor is styled so well. Great kitchen, huge dining room, washer and dryer, and I particularly love the showers-- ultra-luxe! To round it all out, the owners were a dream to work with-- reachable and responsive. I will definitely stay here again... hopefully soon!

  Really enjoyed my stay at this house. Amazing location on a quiet street...and just a quick walk to Lincoln Road shopping and to the beach. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. As a fellow-VRBO homeowner, I also appreciated the details and amenities they provided (everything from a grill to a spacious dining table to a huge TV for movie nights). Will definitely stay at this property again!

Cancellation policy:

RENTAL AGREEMENT – 1420 Lenox Avenue Rental Agreement between Giulio Mazzarelli & Joseph Desiderio (“Owner”) and tenant booking online through vrbo.com, homeaway.com or similar website (“Tenant”) for rental of 1420 Lenox Avenue Miami, FL 33139 (the “Property”). 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 p.m. EST on the first day of the agreed check-in date and CHECK OUT IS 12 P.M. PST on the last day of the agreed check-out date. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to a fee of $200 and are not permitted unless previously arranged and approved in writing (email) by Owner. 2. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $1,000 is required. The security deposit must be received at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed by Owner. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to the Property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned, all of the air conditioning units are turned down to 80 degrees. d. All the windows are secured and the doors locked and the keys are left in the mailbox on the Property. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens, towels, equipment or other articles belonging to the Property are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check out unless otherwise agreed by Owner. 3. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the Property rent. Payments may be made via credit cards (through the vrbo.com or homeway.com websites), paypal.com (jdesideriocsw@aol.com) or in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Giulio Mazzarelli and mailed to 1 York Street #4D NY, NY 10013. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due no later than fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. 4. CANCELLATIONS – A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation by either party. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment/damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Cancellation by owner made within the 30 day period is at the discretion of the owner without penalty. 5. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel sixty (60) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least forty-five (45) days prior to check-in without penalty of fulfilling the agreed term. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests at the Property is limited to six (6) persons unless otherwise agreed by the Owner. THE PROPERTY REQUIRES A (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY; 4 nights during peak and holiday seasons unless otherwise agreed by the Owner. 7. MINIMUM RENTAL - Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged the 2-night rate. 8. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include cable television, wireless broadband internet connection and a one-time linen/towel setup as well as normal electric usage (up to $100 per month each pro rata for Tenant’s stay). Any usage above such amount will be deducted from the security deposit. 9. NO SMOKING – Property is a NON SMOKING home. Smoking is permitted outside only. 10. PETS - Pets are not permitted without prior approval and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per pet. In the event pets have been approved, Tenants are responsible for cleaning up of any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Pets are the sole responsibility of the Tenants. Owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while at the Property. 11. CLEANING – A cleaning fee of $150 is payable with final payment. While linens and bath towels are included at the Property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however weekly or daily maid service is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the Property and Tenant will be charged accordingly. 12. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. 13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 14. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 15. PRIVATE NEIGHBORHOOD – The Property is a private home located in a residential neighborhood. Accordingly, all Tenants must abide by reasonable noise restrictions and be sensitive to the neighbors, including without limitation, no boisterous parties (day or night), no music or noise heard beyond the perimeter of the property line at any time and no music or noise heard outside the house after 10:00 p.m. This section will be strictly enforced and any violation thereof may be subject to immediate termination of this Agreement and eviction of the Property. 16. PARKING – Parking is limited to a maximum of two (2) vehicles in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 17. KEYS & REMOTES – Guests are provided with two (2) sets of keys to the Property. Any missing keys or TV remotes will be charged at $50 per item. 18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - The Property is privately owned and Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the premises. I hereby give permission to charge my credit card for the amounts above. I agree that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above. I have read my rights to purchase travel insurance. By signing below OR accepting via online booking, Tenant agrees to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
