This condo is perfectly located on the 5th floor on the west side (best side) of the complex with spectacular views of the bay, Pass Bridge, pools, lazy river and boats floating by. Master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to waterfront balcony. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower and dual vanities. Guest bedroom one has a king bed and attached private bath with walk in shower. Guest bedroom two has two queen beds with attached private bath. Our condo offers luxury linens, custom created furniture, local artwork and beachy decor. The unit sleeps a total of 11 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked.
Phoenix on the Bay includes a gated entrance, a parking deck for every floor of the complex, one of Orange Beach's longest lazy rivers, multiple pools, kids water slides, two hot tubs, a full sized gym and fitness facility, a small beach near marina, putting golf green, a large grass kids playing area on the water, and lighted tennis courts. For bicycle enthusiasts, a sidewalk runs from our condo all the way to the Gulf State backcountry trail system. OWA amusement park and outlet shopping are a short drive away.
Parking passes are required and are available for purchase at the front desk upon your arrival. Costs average $55 per pass. This cost is paid directly to Brett Robinson and not related to or included in your vrbo.com reservation.
Gulf front beaches are only minutes away by car! The drive time is approximately five minutes.
BOAT SLIPS AVAILABLE: For those bringing their boat, boat slip rentals, and trailer parking for nearly any sized boat are available directly through the condo association (we provide you the contact information upon booking for you to set up your boat slip rental directly with the association). Trailer parking is approximately $5 plus tax, per night. Boat slips start at $22 plus tax, per night. For your convenience, there is even an onsite boat ramp!
INQUIRIES / QUOTES / AVAILABILITY: Our inquiry response is generally identical to what is shown on the reservation calculator, unless it is a snowbird, extended stay request, or you need a last minute reservation.
Once paid in full, a confirmation email is sent to you from vrbo.com. An informational email on the condo, directions, etc. will then be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This email will come from the owner of 1505, LindseySMilam@gmail.com. We have a keyless entry system, so the access code information will be included in this email.
RESTRICTIONS: Renters must be 25 or older. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card within seven business days following your checkout.
