  Staying here has been a wonderful experience for our family (especially for my 20 month old son). You're place is fully stocked w/necessities but all sorts of entertainment for everyone as well. We loved clamming, flying kites, playing games (rainy days), building sand castles and our son's favorite-the sandbox! We've loved it here so much we are looking to book the entire duplex out next month. Thank you for your generosity in letting us book with you and for the cookies and wine. Yummy!

  Hello Joel and Denise, We had a blast! We had so much fun that we lost track of time to even do take pictures. Your home was very well thought out and organized. I love it. The sand box and the wooden ceiling was my highlight on your home ? I would love to book again soon. Thank you for being so prompt with emails and helpful with all my questions that I had. To answer your questions about bike rental…there isn’t any in town at all. That was unfortunate, but it is okay. We tried to do go kart but the gentleman that runs it was on vacation. You guys did a wonderful job with you home and the warm welcome with wine and cookies with a note of your guess was touching. Def put a smile on our faces. We tried to clean up as much as possible. We vacuumed. Put the dishes where they belong, sweep, did all the towels, clean the sink etc. so hopefully it was clean enough for you guys. we left some woods behind for the next guess hope that was okay. I appreciate everything. Thank you so much. Our family def had a good bonding experience and we all had so much fun.   We went out for spring break to spend a couple of day on the Beach. The place was amazing and friendly both to our teenage kids and out pooch. We were welcome with a very clean house with all personalized touches from the owners. We had a bottle of wine and homemade cookies and for our pooch water and food bowls and other amenities for him as well. The beach was our own private beach the entire stay. The kids were flying their kits and exploring the beach on their own, which was nice. The view and been in the back yard on the swing to hear the ocean was just priceless. We plan to book in the summer to enjoy the town activities, with a bigger family. There are two units right next to each other that can be used for bigger family vacation. Thank you, Denise and Joel for a wonderful experience.

  Wonderfull home away from home, great beach access and views to the surf, fireplace was a plus. Dog friendly with a gated porch which was nice as we could leave the slider open and let the 4 legged come and go as they wanted to. Clean and nicely decorated in an ocean theme. We will be back again. M and J

  We booked this house for a clam dig weekend, normally we just get a hotel but wanted to try something different this time...when we arrived we were immediately impressed with the house location it was in a perfect location, just out of town but close enough if the need arose. My wife and I stayed with our 4 and 7 year old daughters, we all thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the toys and the washer! Traveling with kids to the beach was made that much more pleasant by just having a washer and dryer available....we really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to retuning.

  Very accurate description of the house, proximity to the beach, and all provided items. Even though the building is a duplex, each unit is quiet and we did not notice the next door neighbors. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were VERY quiet and had it been warmer, we could have opened a window to hear the ocean. The entire place was very clean and clearly well cared for. We have rented numerous other places in the Westport area and this was by far the best place we have stayed at with our dog. The lovely touch of fresh cookies and a bottle of wine were icing on the cake!! Joel and Diane were quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls and great to work with. We look forward to staying at Sea Esta Shores again! The only suggestion I have is that no more than 4 people stay here due to there being only one bathroom. The beds and living area would be comfortable for 6 though! If both units are rented by the same group, however, this would be a fabulous big family/multiple couples get away

  Took a quick 3 days getaway to Westport and enjoyed the stay. The house was well maintained and had a great view. We enjoyed the fireplace/stove as the nights were perfect for a fire. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was big and plenty of cooking accessories. There was also a nice selection of games and DVD's for the evenings. The owners were very helpful and propt with info and emails. I would recommend this place escpecially if you want to be close to the water. The beach is very close.

  We had a wonderful stay at Sea Esta Shores and were pleasantly surprised to find homemade cookies (delicious, by the way) and a bottle of wine waiting for us! We have stayed at other VRBO properties and you're the first one we've encountered to offer that nice, welcome gift. Thank you! Your home fit our needs perfectly and we'd love to be able to visit again sometime.

  We had a wonderful stay. This beach house was very clean and comfortable and it was the perfect fit for us. Beds were comfty ( this is really important to my hubby) We also appreciate that our lab was welcome. I think he may have had more fun than us. The owners Joel and Densie were wonderful people to deal with and it's obvious they "care" about their guests. We hope to return soon. Breakfast at The Westwind was very good. The clam chowder at Bennets was yummy and there's a great gift shop in Grayland called "Pomagranate" that has great stuff. We most definately recomment this house. Our experience was the best.
