Unit has two queen beds in one bedroom (32'TV VCR/DVD)and a really comfy pull out queen sofa in the living room (42' HDTV), private bath, fully furnished kitchen (including dishwasher - of course!!), living room and balcony. Laundry unit just down the hall - fifteen feet away. You can park in the garage on the same floor - easy to load and unload.

Our vacation staying in this condo was perfect. Very clean and well maintained with alot of extras not usually found in a unit, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, kitchen essentials, etc. Photos very accurate. Couldn't believe the personal welcome note & box of Godiva chocolates waiting when we checked in! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice, clean & quiet condo. The covered parking right outside the unit was a plus as well. The owner was very helpful and answered any of my questions regarding the unit. One of the nicest units we have stayed in. Thanks Mia for sharing your lovely condo with my family!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

The listing was accurate and we were pleasantly surprised that it was better than the pictures shown. The owner was great to work with and very informative. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a few questions which were answered when we called. The location was an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants were nearby. Also, if you check out the reviews for the hotel that this condo is in you will get more information about the area. We did not go to the hotel restaurant due to bad reviews on-line. I would recommend this condo to a friend and especially to couples looking for a great time at a great price.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

WE SPENT THE LAST TWO WEEKS OF MARCH 2013 AS RESIDENTS IN 447002 AND FOUND IT TO BE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. MANY PERSONAL TOUCHES WERE EVIDENT BY THE OWNER. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO A FRIEND OR RELATIVE. FOUR SHOULD BE THE MAXIMUM STAYING AT ONE TIME. WE ENJOYED EATING AT SEA CAPT'S HOUSE, MR. FISH, JIMMYZ, AND NEW YORK DELI.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is conveniently located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer! We felt as if we were away from everything but so close to everything!!! The condo was even nicer than the photos on the website in that it was so comfortable!!! The owner was so personable and made sure we got all the information we wanted - whenever we had a question about where to eat or what to do, we caled her "our personal concierge!" We will definately return.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Stayed here during Thanksgiving week. Had a wonderful time. Unit is quiet, has obviously been well cared for and continually updated. It was great to be within walking distance of good restaurants and the beach. Owner was wonderful to work with and made everything very easy. Will be staying there again on my next trip.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

About the owner: We love our little condo - it is just the right size for a family with 2 children or two couples. We have owned our unit for short stays in Myrtle Beach for several years and have only used it personally. We now wish to share our home with you to enjoy this great area.
Why the Owner Chose Atlantic Beach:
We are on the beach - no need to cross any roads to get there! There are a couple of restaurants on the property (California Pizza and River City (burgers) as well as a full service one for 3 meals). You can easily walk to some other cool local and chain restaurants (Bonefish, Liberty Tap Room). Easy access to Highway 17. Travel North to Barefoot Landing or South to Broadway at the Beach. Easy ride from/to the Myrtle Beach airport.
