Villas Flamingo #9 is located very near the Flamingo Beach. Only a short walk to the beach, less than three minutes. It is situated in the beach area with beautiful surroundings of the natural habitat. The howler monkeys come down in the trees around the condominium on a daily basis for everyone to see and hear!
It has a very spacious living/dining area including sofa bed for additional space for sleeping, fully furnished kitchen and one full bath room downstairs. Up the beautiful wood staircase, two bedrooms with a full bath each are located. The master bedroom has a setting area by a large window. Remodeled all 3 bathrooms 2010.
This condominium is only steps away from the pool area with tables and chairs to picnic or watch your family swim. It is located near many restaurants, stores, casinos, bank, drug store and anything you need is nearby.

Year Purchased: 2004
We visited Costa Rica 20 years ago and never forgot how much we really liked the country, the people and the awesome year round climate. We went back and purchased this condo and want to share it with others when we can not be in Cost Rica. We actually like the green season better because of everything looking so fresh. This is from mid-April through November. All the Cold weather people prefer the high season which is from December through March/first part of April.
Why the Owner Chose Flamingo Beach
We chose the Flamingo Area because of the location that is not very far from the Liberia airport. The Condo is so very near the beautiful white sand Flamingo Beach. The view is very beautiful.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The nearness of the pool is a plus for this condo. We have a beautiful view from the living room and master bedroom of the entire area surrounding the pool area and well kept grounds with flowering plants everywhere.

Welcome to Costa Rica! This is a very beautiful part of Costa Rica that our Flamingo Beach Get-A-Way is located. The condos are located near the end of Flamingo Beach with lots of privacy. The rooms are very spacious. The beach is not much more that a football field length away.
