Accommodations: Villa, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)
Keywords: Villa
Island Natural Beauty - Over three miles of pristine uncluttered wide beaches and dunes. Live oak trees draped in spanish moss provide the "deep south" feel. Views of the two manicured golf courses are found throughout the island. Sunsets on the beach should not be missed.
NEWLY RENOVATED - New kitchen, granite counters, new bathrooms, new appliances, new furnishings, new beds, new hardwood flooring, and more... We offer unlimited free long distance calling within the continental US and Canada, along with high speed WiFi internet access.
Our Villa - All three decks of our villa overlook a beautiful lagoon and the 11th fairway. Vaulted ceilings give our villa a very open and airy feeling. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath with shower, two closets, and its own private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath with tub/shower, and two closets. The loft has two twin beds, a half bath, and its own private deck.
Many villas have views obstructed by other units; however, ours has a 180 degree view. We face south which provides the best exposure. There is room to sleep six people very comfortably without having to use a pullout couch as you do in many other villas.
Club Activities - Our villa provides you with a full membership to the private Seabrook Island Club. Ammenities include the Ocean Winds and Robert Trent Jones designed Crooked Oaks golf courses, a tennis center with 15 Har-Tru composition courts, several swimming pools (one heated in the off season), three restaurants (one ocean side), a fitness/recreation center, kids activity club, and equestrian center.
Wildlife - The deer tend to come out and feed at dusk. The dolphin (often in pods of 10+) are best seen at low tide from the clubhouse. Loggerhead turtles nest on the beaches with thousands of hatchlings each year. Alligator are found in many of the lagoons. If you are lucky, you may see one of the island's bobcats. Of course, fishing in the lagoons and ocean, and crabbing off the crab dock are always fun.
Off Island - Historic Charleston is only a 35 minute drive away with some of the best restaurants, cultural entertainment, and historic sites in the Southeast. Kiawah Island is just a few minutes drive from Seabrook with 5 world class golf courses and more restaurants.
Historic Savannah and Hilton Head are close and make great day trips. Bohicket Marina is just outside the Seabrook gate with more restaurants, shops, and boat rentals. Fresh Farms just outside the Seabrook gate provides upscale shopping, farm fresh produce, and more restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Sealoft Villas
We fell in love with Seabrook the moment we first saw it. After seeing the wide beaches and unspoiled beauty of the island we ordered drinks at the oceanside bar. Almost immediately a pod of about 15 dolphins swam playfully by about 20 feet off the beach. We knew it must be a sign and we purchased our first villa on Seabrook.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. We are a free standing villa, so you don't have any loud noises coming from other visitors above, below, or in adjacent units. The renovations we have made gives you a very upscale feel. We are conveniently located a short walk to the beach, or you can enjoy our three decks and community pool if you want to stay close to home.
North beach is where you can have bonfires at night with a permit from the front gate. This also where you can ride horseback on the beach.
Owner's Map of Sealoft Villas
We first found Seabrook in 2003, fell in love with it. We originally purchased an Atrium villa and completely renovated it. Wanting more space and privacy, we sold it and purchased a Sealoft villa in 2006. We completely renovated our Sealoft and feel we really have something special.

For what it is worth, we just returned back to New York from our week long stay in your villa. It was absolutely FANTASTIC. We couldn't have been more pleased with the size of the villa, the location, the views, the interior décor...everything was perfect. You have a gem in that villa. We would definitely return for another vacation. I don't think I would want to stay at any of the other Sealofts (now that I know their layout). You have the perfect location. Just as you explained about the 180 degree view....we spent HOURS just sitting on the sofa looking out at the lagoon. We loved looking at all the birds in the morning...and then in the evening, the gulls and skimmers would come by in flocks. We had fun all week watching a fairly large alligator, and then a medium sized one patrolling the lagoon. It's like a nature preserve! The beach access were right at the end of the Sealofts road...the Beach Club was a short bike ride away....very ideally situated. Me, my wife and my 3 year old were very sad to leave....it was a really beautiful and relaxing week, and we enjoyed every second of it. Thank you, Jason
