BEACH FRONT 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo directly on the sand in the beautiful Hacienda Iguana development. Our area is home to two-world class surf breaks, Panga Drops and Playa Colorado. There is a private swimming pool and 9-hole golf course. This is the place to be if you want to get away from it all with surfing, fishing, golf and exploring right outside your door.
Our condo is on the top floor of the two story building with a balcony that overlooks the sand and ocean. We have a master bedroom that can be arranged as a king with a new memory foam mattress or as two twins upon request. The second bedroom has two twin beds. We also have a queen airbed for additional guests.
Rent a car in Managua or ask us to arrange a bi-lingual driver to pick you up from the airport, take you shopping and deliver you to your home away from home. We have a full kitchen with all the modern amenities you may need. If you don't want the hassle of cooking, we can provide you with home cooked meals using fresh local ingredients and recipes. We offer plans for 3 meals at $30/person/day or 2 meals at $20/person/day.
Each room has A/C and we have wireless internet, and satellite TV.

The location of the condo is the BEST quality it has. Right in front of the beach, close to the pool, but not in front. The MBrmm is quite confortable, and the bathroom works nicely, which is so important after a big swim at the beach. The AC great, and in general everything in this condo works smoothly. We love the Villas Iguana at Hacienda Iguana. We have been there several times over the last 5 years. This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. The king size bed in the master bedroom is very very comfortable and is the main reason we returned to this condo again. The condo is well equiped and is the only one we remember that supplies beach towels, which is nice. The upgraded TV was nice and very simple to use. We will return again, hopefully in July. We live in Granada and this is a nice getaway from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

November-September: $130/night for 1-2 people, $150/night for 3-4 people October (rainy season): $110/night for 1-2 people. $130/night for 3-4 people Holidays (Christmas, New Years and Easter): $230/night, 5 night minimum Add $10 per person/per night for additional people. 6 people maximum 7th night free for reservations in Jan, Feb & Mar and 10th night free for all other dates. About the owner: We live in San Luis Obispo, CA. Our family purchased this home after visiting Nicaragua and discovering the amazing surf breaks of Playa Colorado and Panga Drops. We love enjoying everything Nicaragua has to offer.
