This home has been in our family since it was built. We have had so many great memories and now with the renovation completed, we decided we should share it with others who would enjoy creating their own memories in this wonderful part of the world. We have enjoyed the world class skiing, fishing, hiking, biking, and all the things that Steamboat Springs has to offer and know that you will too!
This beautiful townhome sits above the Robert Trent Jones designed golf course with views of the Sleeping Giant and the Yampa Valley. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, 2 car garage, minutes from the slopes. Fantastic views off the front deck and a relaxing sun spot on the back deck. One queen bed, 2 twins, and a bunk room! Sleeps 6 in beds. 2 more could sleep on the couches! The home has gone through a complete renovation in 2012 with all new appliances, new beds, linens, bathrooms, carpets, you name it, it's new! Great for families or groups traveling together. 5 minutes to downtown Steamboat with restaurants, shopping, hot springs pool, and all the amenities of a 4 season resort town!

I spent a few days over Christmas at the townhome and had a wonderful time. The gargage came in very handy with all of the snow. The home came perfectly equipped with all the right amenities. All and all it was extremely clean, very comfortable and had top of the line features. Great location to town and slopes. Wow! This place looks like it was completely gutted and remodeled, and was done by someone with great taste. The large common area is a comfortable place to socialize, watch TV, listen to music and have a group meal. With the open floor plan, the cook doesn't feel like they're stuck in the kitchen on their own like with some places. The upstairs has two standard sized bedrooms. Both bathrooms in the unit are REALLY nice, which I personally appreciate. With the renovation came all new towels, linens, etc. All new kitchenware, too. The entry level is still the older "version" of the condo, but don't let that put you off as you enter. All the upgrades were done where it matters, and the downstairs room is still great for kids or two single adults to sleep. Location is close to the mountain and also easy to get downtown for a dinner out. I will definitely be back!Owner response: Hi Amy!
