Four (4) nights minimum rental for main building.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve space.
Advance payments in the USA can be made at Bank of America.
Balance of rent to be paid at time of check in by cash or traveller’s cheque.
Personal cheques not accepted. No credit card facility available.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Upper floor main building rents for $300.00 per night for 4 guests. Each additional adult guest, 18 or over, would pay $25.00 per night.
Ground floor main building rents for $250.00 per night for 4 guests. Each additional adult guest, 18 or over, would pay $25.00 per night.
Cottage, an efficiency, rents for $150.00 per night, sleeps two, with two twin (single) beds

About the owner: Both floors of main building are identical and consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other, two twin (single) beds. There is a queen size pull out bed in the living/dining room area. Each section, up and down, sleeps six (6) comfortably and no more than six persons allowed to stay/use premises. Can accommodate small groups up to 14 persons.

All bedrooms and Living/Dining room areas have a flat screen television, (main building and cottage)
Internet connection
Have one double and two single kayaks with full gear that can be used free of charge but a deposit is required.
Full snorkel gear also available free of charge but a deposit is required.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The calmest waters in Eleuthera are on the Caribbean side (south) of the island where one can swim/snorkel virtually year round.
