THE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW WEEKLY RENTALS. 3 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL.
Minimum rental is 90 days.
50% deposit to reserve unit. 50% 30 days prior to arrival.
$800 refundable security deposit. $200 security deposit for each "Medeco" key. We can provide 2 "Medeco" keys. These keys are required to enter the pool area, access the beach from the pool, enter the gym and building back doors. We will refund the full amount when keys are returned
Additional Fees and Taxes:
VRBO defaults to minimum of 30 days but a 3 month -90 DAYS- MINIMUM rental is required by Our Home Owner's Association.
$4,000 per month, January 7th 2014 -April 30th 2014
Cleaning fee $150 - Taxes 11% not included

About the owner: We lived in the Deerfield Beach area for twenty years and come back regularly to visit with family and friends. The beach just north of the pier was always our favorite spot and we chose this building because of its unparalleled combination of location and modern amenities. We have three family members living within ten minutes to manage the property.
