The catering company can offer catering and/or host private parties at these two homes or out at the Inn. Limo service also available for Wine tours or transportation.
The two homes together are available at $4,500 per week during the summer months, weekends are available in the off season only with substantial discounts. Rental/Lease schedule is strict Saturday to Saturday only during Summer ( June 15.- September 7) Please call for details on off season rates.

Regarding security deposits *We have yet to keep a security deposit in the 10+ years in the vacation rental business. This is simply to protect our properties and items inside the homes.
50% deposit due upon signing lease/agreement. Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to reservation.
Security deposit will also be due with second payment installment. This will be a separate check for 50%. Please know that we mail back security deposit within 10 business days of your stay provided there is no damages to the properties.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
6% sales tax.
