About the owner: So happy with our first purchase #15 (VRBO #141902) that we opted for a second unit. We are retired and live in North Alabama and stay active with our community. We love to be at the beach when our units are not booked.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Skye:
Quieter beaches, yet convenient. We wanted to sit on our balcony and hear the waves. We didn't want to be so far from the water and have to drag our 'beach stuff'. We like the shade of the next-door pier without needing an umbrella.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Small parking lot and only 37 units. We were not drawn to the huge multi-storied, multi-parking areas managed by the 'big boys' who are only interested in their bottom line and tend to ignore both the owners and the guests.
