Fly south this winter to our beautiful Fort Myers retreat located at the Gardens at Beachwalk, just minutes from the beaches and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Brand-new, three-bedroom, two-bath, luxury, vacation townhouse in a private, Mediterranean-style resort surrounded by lakes with lighted fountains. Our unit is located on the ground floor facing the lake, comfortably furnished and kept very clean.
Pillow-top king-size mattress in the master suite and two queen-size beds in the 2 additional rooms, (Spare Room used as 3rd Bedroom), full kitchen with all appliances and cookware, and an entertainment center with home theater system. Cable and local calls are also provided.
On-site facilities include resort-style pool, spa/jacuzzi, exercise room, and club house gathering area with pool table & big screen TV. The current association members do a fine job of keeping our pool area and grounds in excellent condition.
Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are just a couple of miles away. Shopping is within walking distance and you can find golf courses and outlet shopping within minutes. We are also conveniently located near an international airport.
