We believe that you’ll love staying at our three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium in East Vail which sleeps 8, has fantastic views, and has been modernly renovated. The condo includes a variety of modern features such as new slate flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautifully tiled showers, and new carpeting. The condominium is also tastefully and modernly furnished, having new furniture, a new 55-inch HD television, a stereo with both a Bluetooth and a direct Ipod connection, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and high-speed wireless cable Internet.
The condominium is located in a private, quiet complex that is only a five minute walk to the FREE Vail bus line (which runs every 15 minutes in high-season), a five-minute drive to the Vail Village, and a ten-minute drive to the top of Vail Pass, which has fantastic snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and hiking.
The fully-equipped kitchen with floors is great for cooking gourmet meals and the open kitchen / dining area is great for entertaining. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably on padded leather chairs. The living room has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a slate stone wood-burning fireplace, a large screen HD television with HD television service, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and a cozy wrap-around couch, which makes it perfect for relaxing in the evenings for après-ski or for watching a movie. The entrance way, kitchen, and hallway all have heated floors to keep your feet warm. A brand new frontloading washer and dryer are also in the unit.
The master bedroom has a king-sized log bed, dresser, mirror, and a directly attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom sleeps four people and has a bunk bed, which contains a full-size bed on the bottom, a twin-sized bed on the top, and a twin-size pull out trundle bed on the bottom. The 2nd bedroom also has a directly attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a directly attached bathroom which also attaches to the hallway. All bedrooms have private decks with beautiful mountain views.
The hot tub and pool are located only steps from the front door. Within a couple of minutes’ walk from the condo are Bighorn Park and Gore Creek. At Bighorn Park, families can have picnics and children can play at the nicely equipped playground and soccer field. At Gore Creek, kids can play on warm days in the shallow stream. Great hiking trails and fly fishing spots are also just minutes away.
Free parking is available in abundance at our complex and parking passes are not required, so you shouldn’t have any issues with parking close to the condominium.
