This home away from home is the perfect location for a leisure vacation. The newly furnished living room with HDTV, DVD player and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and dining room for 10. Relax by the pool or take in the ocean breeze on the screen-in porch. All 3 1/2 bathrooms are newly remodeled including the master bath with deep tub and a walk-in shower.

About the owner: This property has been in the family since the mid 1950's before the first bridge was built. The beach house was built by the Island's top builder Tom Peeples in 1993. We have enjoyed Hilton Head Island for many years and is a favorite destination every summer.
